They don't sell milkfish fillets in your country? Sounds like a good business opportunity. 🤑 Also, you could just buy a cheap tweezer. A bit time consuming, but tweezing is a fairly effective method of picking off the teeny-tiny bones. No need to hire a cutting master.
@@burpburp710 No, they don't. There are some tricks we use though to avoid eating those tiny bones but none of it can surpass this master's cutting skill. As a milkfish lover myself, I'm sooooooooo envious watching this video 😂
Bengali from Bangladesh and India eat a very bony fish called ilish or hilsa. It's a very tasty and expensive fish and got more bones than this milkfish but people eat it up by removing the bones with their tongue. No need for fileting.

You can have the entire piece from head to tail minus the entrails and the bones. However, this master showed us another way of deboning the fish. The idea of separating the entire belly from the fish, and sell it separately, can end sibling wars in filipino tables.😂

サバヒーは刺身として販売されていません。
調理方法:蒸し、焼い、スープ、お粥、揚げ物。
また、干物、つみれ、魚のフロス。
もちろん、中火で焼いた後は七味唐辛子とレモン汁を少し使うか、焼いた後は唐辛子と塩を少しふりかけるだけです。
あるいは、ウナギをタレで焼くのと同じようにサバヒーを焼いてみることができますが、タレの味がサバヒー本来の牛乳の味を覆い隠してしまうことがあります
