Nice to see the Helsinki cathedral made it into your vid. And that square has not changed in 30 years since the last time I was there. Shame you didn't catch the Sparakoff pub tram tour that runs around the city on the actual tracks. Next visit, a deffo.

ACTUALLY, the architecture in the center of Helsinki is mostly neoclassical (like the area around Senate Square), as in St Petersburg, that tried to be as European as it could at the time. The architect mostly responsible for planning the old Helsinki downtown was called Carl Ludvig Engel, born in Berlin in 1778. He worked in Berlin, Tallinn and St Petersburg before getting the dream job of planning the new capital of the Grand Duchy of Finland within the Russian empire.

Five times! It's amazing and it feels so much longer than it is - there's so many figures you spin through!! Definitely worth a little trip to Helsinki to try out.

The idea of that cold bath, brrrr. But I'm sure after baking in a 70-80 degrees sauna, it would feel really good.
It felt sooooooo good. I tried to do a cold shower yesterday and couldn't do it though - so I think dunking your whole body in at once is the way to do it!

Did you go to sauna with clothes?
I took a bikini out with me JUST IN CASE and in this particular sauna, you could either wear a swimsuit or go naked as long as you were in a gender specific sauna. You had to wear a swimsuit in the mixed sauna! I think that's pretty much the case in most places. Down to personal preference.
Omfg the price of that sauna is too much? I'd say like 10 euros would be good and few euros for towel which you'd get back when returning would be fair.
