Please don't ever stop doing your motivational speeches! They are absolutely what has made me stick to exercising these past few months. I so wish I'd had a gym teacher back in high school who was even remotely like you and made me enjoy moving my body, instead of getting me to dread exercise for fear of not being 100% perfect at it and laughed at. I really wish more trainers and teachers had a similar mindset and were as gentle with people about their fitness journey as you are. The difference it would have made to me as a an awkward and self-conscious teenage girl... I am so glad I found this channel and started changing my relationship to movement. Thank you :)
I totally agree! Daniel makes me smile! My heart breaks for young you- shame on that PE teacher! I was uncoordinated AND left handed and my PE teacher laughed at me. I’m 58 , slightly overweight and had a stroke 6 months ago. I’ve worked hard with my physio on core strength and balance, eat healthily and built strength in my affected side using an exercise bike. I needed a more all over workout and this is perfect. I’ve just finished my first workout with Dan and he really spurred me to make it to the end. Many thanks, I feel great ( but so tired!) 😊

I've always heard of people tearing up after a workout. Being so emotionally overwhelmed after making it to the end has always been an experience I've never had until today. When you started talking about my value as a human being and how proud you were despite not knowing who I am - I broke. Just finished this workout. 58 years old. 3 month post 2nd hip replacement. Lower back issues. Lost30 lbs 2 years ago but not in a healthy way. I need to take the last 5 lbs off as healthy as possible Andy tone up all the saggy muscles and skin… and continue a journey of optimal health But I’m feeling empowered and in control. Daniel, your constant emphasis on respecting our own bodies and knowing that we are in control has changed so much for me. I always feel as though you really meet us where we are despite our level of fitness. I also have never felt more aware of my muscles being engaged and that I am in correct form. I only discovered Body Project a couple of weeks ago, but I've never felt a more satisfying workout than when I do yours. I've dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember and I decided that I need to take my life back and feel good in my own body. Doing your workouts help me feel in control, makes me feel powerful, and makes me feel inspired to love my body as the thing that protects me and carries my soul through life. I'm usually a ''high-impacter'' but recently got a bit of a burnout so I desperately needed to slow down a bit. this workout is amazing, somehow very therapeutic for me. these slower movements allow me to deeply feel every muscle that are working. I also love how you explain everything in detail; your motivational talk is as always very inspiring. IAbsolutely one of my fav new videos! It's 40 minutes of active meditation on how to build a mind body connection. Also, 45 minutes (including the cool down) of soaking in Daniel's positive perspective on movement and self respect. I've only been doing these workouts every other day for two weeks, and noticed more definition in my arms this morning. So exciting!!
I stared doing your RUclips videos 2 days ago this is my 3 day and in the last exercise I couldn’t do it any more but I did it at the last seconds I stared crying like a baby. I thought I was going to give up but I didn’t 😊 thank you for your words of encouragement they help a lot 🙏
I did one of your low impact for the first 2 weeks of this journey. Now I start this one for the next 2 weeks or so. 3x a week. This is also in conjunction with the Mayo clinic diet. I dont know how much i have lost but some of my clothes have loosened. I want to have lost 53 bu my 53 birthday this year. Here's to moving to deliberate better health.

I am so happy I found team body project almost 3 months ago. I have never had any motivation to workout or to lose weight (but I knew I needed to before my health gets bad) but then the upbeat of these workouts keep me going and his inspirational words pushes me harder. Great Workout. WOW! I am male over 55 and this workout I would not have attempted 6 months ago. Feels great to feel I am getting a wonderful workout and I am finishing all of the exercises. Thank you. Even the size of my stomach is going down. The more I work out the better I feel.

No hafsa khanam. no diet ..im no dietician. so take this with a grain of salt. i eat just moderate portion. no junk food at all. i work out 40 min in the morning. thats it. its hard the first time * muscle soarness. it will get easier each week. . 40 min with the bodyproject vid ( the vid with 2 lady at the back named christine and alex ) . i weighed at 93.5 kg when i start now im at 88.5. will try to do it each day since my country lockdown is still ongoing. its getting so repetitive that i can remember their conversation and body languange. haha😉

I started watched your videos last January and until now I loss 11 kg plus with watching my calories intake and make sure I complete 8000 steps every day. Occasionally I ate cake and have ice blended to satisfy my cravings. The most important thing is I enjoyed my diet and these workouts improved my health greatly. Progress not perfection💪🏻
Can't tell you how much I appreciate these low impact, standing workouts, as a pregnant gal who is also overweight but trying to keep moving and sweating. Also gotta say, Daniel, your speeches really made this workout for me. There are workout videos with cheesy lines to get people moving (which upon hearing I usually tune out) and then there's this, which is truly motivating and helpful so thank you! I'll definitely be coming back to this particular workout a lot.
This is my favorite evening workout! What a great way to end my day, and head off to sleep - still filled with encouragement! I started on 3/18 with no weights (& several pauses) and now use 3# weights (& no pauses are necessary!)! Thanks, Daniel, for creating such a truly enjoyable session! Since starting Body Project on 1/3/2023, & completing 1 & then 2 beginner sessions every day, this 72-year-old has lost 5 pounds and, more significantly, my waist is now very apparent!

After my wife and I did a Les Milles Body Pump workout, 2days earlier and then hiked 17 km, climbing over 900 meters the following day, this workout the following day was the perfect workout to help our aching bodies recover. We do several of Daniel and Alex's other low impact videos and yes they are a very motivating couple. As we are in our 60's, we need to move from the heavy weights into more practical, muscle toning workouts which will keep us active and fit in our retirement. Keep up the great work!
Deceptively simple, truly effective. Daniel's workouts always remind this former Marine that true toughness is in the mind. Strengthen you mind with discipline and consistantcy and your body will follow.

I did this workout and incorporated 10 and 15 lb weights at times( 15 lbs for waist twists and bent over rows) and just increased the speed. That created a more intense workout.
come on!! lol love these workouts Daniel. i started the Body Project about a month and a half ago. i had no training experience. i suffer from anxiety for about 12 years now and i had enough. i needed an outlet i needed to get healthy to loose weight to move without stiffness and i love love love doing these workouts. i cant thank you guys enough for what you do. i hit a non scale victory yesterday when i noticed my resting heart rate went from about 88/90 a couple of months ago to 62. please keep making new videos. much love and happiness to all you guys.
There are hundreds of workouts on RUclips Daniel is the only one that makes me not feel ashamed when I cannot complete the workout which actually helps me push forward to the end. He's tells the truth; calories count, it's not motivation it's self disciple and there are no short cuts. I have gotten by glucose under control and am losing weight.

I START EVERYDAY with a body project workout. I pick 30 minutes most often, during the weeknd I pick 40 minutes plus a 22 minute. The up beat music makes the videos great.
Just did this workout today, been hitting all the videos one by one, this was a very engaging workout. Didn't lose my breath much as I think I would have but I am feeling the difference in my body. Definitely have to thank you guys immensely for all the work you do.

I lost.. 60lbs... from body Project. And the pep talks you give really help. Helps me to keep pushing and working out and enjoying the work outs. I stopped for a few days this week but got myself back on track. Doing the routine from Alex and Daniel. I still like my foods but I have a treat every 2 weeks. Like 2 slices of pizza and a small bag of chips. But I still push and the workouts and pep talks inspire me to keep going. I have my routine going Again. thankyou Body Project.

I absolutely love the way Daniel is very encouraging and motivating throughout the entire video. I've been going through something recently and while watching this video the talk about strength, how being here today shows you have discipline and control and having respect for your body just hit me where I needed it. Your videos are everything right now. Seriously need them and getting through tough times. I am dropping pounds cause your videos. And keeps my mind off of things and any tension I have . I change it up and the results are wow. Your videos keep me working out and pushing me everyday. You guys are like little light in this horrible world right now.
One of the reasons I LOVE this workout is because it is low impact, but you can make it as intense as you like. However, admittedly, the best part is Daniel's encouragement throughout. I know people do not like when instructors speak too much; however, in his case, it's not intrusive or takes away from the workout. He's not speaking a lot of drivel or unnecessary information. He's kind of like a good companion on a long drive who makes the time go by with interesting stories. I read a lot of comments giving him grief, in jest ;-). Still, most of the workouts from TBP that I do have Daniel as lead. He's serious about working out but does not take himself too seriously and that makes a whole heck of a difference.
This is a perfect fit for me. 56 years old. love exercise and dieting. however a bit lack of discipline and consistency. habits of balanced diet acquired. lost 22lbs in 15 months with 6-7 months consistent workout with Daniel and teambody project until I got covid 19. gain back 6 lbs. i want to go back to my initial weight and continue to loose. Thanks Daniel.

I did one of your low impact for the first 2 weeks of this journey. Now I start this one for the next 2 weeks or so. 3x a week. This is also in conjunction with the Mayo clinic diet. I dont know how much i have lost but some of my clothes have loosened. I want to have lost 53 bu my 53 birthday this year. Here's to moving to deliberate better health.

I am so happy I found team body project almost 3 months ago. I have never had any motivation to workout or to lose weight (but I knew I needed to before my health gets bad) but then the upbeat of these workouts keep me going and his inspirational words pushes me harder. Great Workout. WOW! I am male over 55 and this workout I would not have attempted 6 months ago. Feels great to feel I am getting a wonderful workout and I am finishing all of the exercises. Thank you. Even the size of my stomach is going down. The more I work out the better I feel.

No hafsa khanam. no diet ..im no dietician. so take this with a grain of salt. i eat just moderate portion. no junk food at all. i work out 40 min in the morning. thats it. its hard the first time * muscle soarness. it will get easier each week.
. 40 min with the bodyproject vid ( the vid with 2 lady at the back named christine and alex ) . i weighed at 93.5 kg when i start now im at 88.5. will try to do it each day since my country lockdown is still ongoing.

I started watched your videos last January and until now I loss 11 kg plus with watching my calories intake and make sure I complete 8000 steps every day. Occasionally I ate cake and have ice blended to satisfy my cravings. The most important thing is I enjoyed my diet and these workouts improved my health greatly. Progress not perfection💪🏻
Can't tell you how much I appreciate these low impact, standing workouts, as a pregnant gal who is also overweight but trying to keep moving and sweating. Also gotta say, Daniel, your speeches really made this workout for me. There are workout videos with cheesy lines to get people moving (which upon hearing I usually tune out) and then there's this, which is truly motivating and helpful so thank you! I'll definitely be coming back to this particular workout a lot.

I started on 3/18 with no weights (& several pauses) and now use 3# weights (& no pauses are necessary!)! Thanks, Daniel, for creating such a truly enjoyable session! Since starting Body Project on 1/3/2023, & completing 1 & then 2 beginner sessions every day, this 72-year-old has lost 5 pounds and, more significantly, my waist is now very apparent!

After my wife and I did a Les Milles Body Pump workout, 2days earlier and then hiked 17 km, climbing over 900 meters the following day, this workout the following day was the perfect workout to help our aching bodies recover. We do several of Daniel and Alex's other low impact videos and yes they are a very motivating couple. As we are in our 60's, we need to move from the heavy weights into more practical, muscle toning workouts which will keep us active and fit in our retirement. Keep up the great work!
Deceptively simple, truly effective. Daniel's workouts always remind this former Marine that true toughness is in the mind. Strengthen you mind with discipline and consistantcy and your body will follow.

I did this workout and incorporated 10 and 15 lb weights at times( 15 lbs for waist twists and bent over rows) and just increased the speed. That created a more intense workout.
come on!! lol love these workouts Daniel. i started the Body Project about a month and a half ago. i had no training experience. i suffer from anxiety for about 12 years now and i had enough. i needed an outlet i needed to get healthy to loose weight to move without stiffness and i love love love doing these workouts. i cant thank you guys enough for what you do. i hit a non scale victory yesterday when i noticed my resting heart rate went from about 88/90 a couple of months ago to 62. please keep making new videos. much love and happiness to all you guys.
There are hundreds of workouts on RUclips Daniel is the only one that makes me not feel ashamed when I cannot complete the workout which actually helps me push forward to the end. He's tells the truth; calories count, it's not motivation it's self disciple and there are no short cuts. I have gotten by glucose under control and am losing weight.

I START EVERYDAY with a body project workout. I pick 30 minutes most often, during the weeknd I pick 40 minutes plus a 22 minute. The up beat music makes the videos great.

I lost.. 60lbs... from body Project. And the pep talks you give really help. Helps me to keep pushing and working out and enjoying the work outs. I stopped for a few days this week but got myself back on track. Doing the routine from Alex and Daniel. I still like my foods but I have a treat every 2 weeks. Like 2 slices of pizza and a small bag of chips. But I still push and the workouts and pep talks inspire me to keep going. I have my routine going Again. thankyou Body Project.
I REALLY love this channel on RUclips I lift weights for strength but, don't focus much on cardio so thank you Body project for showing me that my heart is important too on my journey to lose weight

One of the reasons I LOVE this workout is because it is low impact, but you can make it as intense as you like. However, admittedly, the best part is Daniel's encouragement throughout. I know people do not like when instructors speak too much; however, in his case, it's not intrusive or takes away from the workout. He's not speaking a lot of drivel or unnecessary information. He's kind of like a good companion on a long drive who makes the time go by with interesting stories.
I read a lot of comments giving him grief, in jest ;-). Still, most of the workouts from TBP that I do have Daniel as lead. He's serious about working out but does not take himself too seriously and that makes a whole heck of a difference.

This is a perfect fit for me. 56 years old. love exercise and dieting. however a bit lack of discipline and consistency. habits of balanced diet acquired. lost 22lbs in 15 months with 6-7 months consistent workout with Daniel and teambody project until I got covid 19. gain back 6 lbs. i want to go back to my initial weight and continue to loose. Thanks Daniel.
