- In this video I give a full in depth tour of a 2004 Infiniti FX35. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this suv while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this suv designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

Fr. When this was brand new I thought it looked "bland" and too futuristic. But now it looks nice and clean, doesn't have exaggerated aggressive lines like modern suvs.
It has some beautiful looks... I'm looking at this because my sis is looking for a suv.

Yes. The front facia on the new models are terrible to look at. This model has the best front look.
I have a 2007 same colors. Wanna black out the wheels but that's all I'm really going to do to it. They are amazing crossovers. Not one issue and I've had mine for 3 years. Well a little bit of leather wear. But it's pushing 180,000 miles still runs strong
it's nissan's VQ series engine...one of the most beautiful sounding V6 engines ever produced
And one of the most reliable
the secret is the moffle
I'm a V8 guy but that exhaust makes that V6 sound so good.
Thats what im saying v8s sound the best but this is the best sounding v6 to me. funny because they usually sound like crap especially nissan too.

We have a neighbor that has one of these and every time it drives by it is so damn loud and I love that noise.

My dad bought a 2003 fx35 when it came out and I now drive it and it is 115,000 miles still running and looking like brand new, like the day we got it. It is a beautiful car with lasting styling and amazing sound that makes everyone look and still quite a rare car to actually see in the road

That's why you see so many people getting em. You see the brand and go wtf that's not a bmw or mercedez or even a lexus...then you see how much reliability, comfort, sexiness, and speed you get for the price and think...yeah i'll pass on the bmw...

I have one and its awesome. 2010 over 140k and it runs like new with 20 inch infiniti rims. I will keep this for a few years and then give it to my son.

I love these! When they first came out I wanted one in Copper with the copper interior..seemed cool at the time, but I'm glad I didn't haha.

Wasn't really a big fan of the looks of this gen FX but it sure does sound and also drive great.

I like the Infiniti exhaust notes. It sounds like a supercar even though it's a big and heavy SUV.
Really sounds like a Z, mostly because it has the exact same motor that the Z has so hence the notes

@datboiwes3 - Ohh I see, it makes some sense I suppose. Both cars are sporty real-wheel drives. Whereas the Murano is a bit bigger I expect.
Anyway, this car certainly rocks, it looks great and it's made by a great manufacturer, using a great engine. Nice reliable car!

GMF62 V8 Actually it does share the same based platform as both the 350z and GTR. The GTR uses the PM platform which is an evolution of the FM
His rear seats are fully declined back , my current seats are more inwards like straight upwards so ot feels tight sitting in the back , is there way I can make my rear seats go fully backer???

Fun fact people the engine in this SUV is shared with the Nisan 350z and infinity G35 hence why it sounds and performs so nicely

They were killing it in the early 2000s but now they’re meh.
@@mustasheolll2020 they went bad because of the influence of them merging with Renault. But I think that is changing since 2019 . Their designs are changing.

at 3:48 a mustang gt started his engine....FX35 is great reliable car, fast, economic car with available spare parts, it has an amazing VQ35DE engine same as the G35. bottom line, its a perfect car (got everything u need in a car)

They are 20's on this one I believe , but they vary, there are smaller 18's , my family owns one with the 20's and this one looks like it has them.
is that the same VQ engine found in a typical G35/350Z? or slightly different?
