Hey Dan! If you go to your local sheet metal shop that installs HVAC you should be able to pick up an insulated sleeve that is made to go around your diameter pipe. The little bit you need, they will probably give it to you for free. Don't let negative Nelly's get you down. Even though it looks like we get around good, people do not understand what it takes to be us. I feel like I am required to have a smile on my face 24/7 because if I don't everybody thinks I'm crabby. Even if my bottom feels like it's sunburned and spanked and my feet feel like they are in a vice, I'm still required to keep a happy demeanor and a smile on my face. They do Medicare for them but how about options if I pay the difference just wondering. I want the speed to get out of weather or trouble. I carry when I do go out , better tried by 12 then carried by 6 .. I was slammed by a car in an exit from parking lot once lucky I wasn't hurt and didn't see any chair damage . I was over half his car length behind when he tore off tight over the curb like he tried to hit me. Witnesses stopped and asked if I was ok . His car got tons of dents and scratches from my wheelchair . You did RIGHT TELLING THEM TO LOOK BETTER.
when ya order a medicare chair, they come with these slower motors, and different electronics.. youll DEFINITELY want to upgrade to the ST3 motors and in-house electronics. (roughly $1500 out of pocket upgrade) then youll have the 10-12MPH motors, AND the ability to turn off the brakes when you're indoors - as that LOUD clicking gets a bit extreme! someone moved in next to me with a little yappy dog, and anytime i go into the hallway, it starts barking at the clicking sounds my chair makes! and stay safe out there! just cause they're "looking at you" doesn't mean they see you! (apparently) lol

Some guy to,d me to slow it down in a crosswalk the other day. I had the walk sign and he wanted his free turn right, on red. It went like this. ‘Mam, you need to slow down’ Me: ‘sir, you need to slow down too. On them carbs.’ I’ve almost been hit so many times. I know the laws of the road. So close to being killed, with drivers not paying attention or that their turn goes before a pedestrian. When the walk sign is clear.
Would it be more cost effective if you just knocked up your own system as for Ring you have to pay a premium fee for viewing over the tippy tappy internet.
Does the faster speed have an effect on the distance you can go on a battery charge? I have a Hoveround XHD and have found it almost impossible to find other parts for it. I have a problem that if I get it out in my yard I almost always get stuck or if not stuck can't go where I need to go. I tried to find some larger off road style tires but wasn't able to find any that I thought would fit. I ended up getting a Trac-Fab to use in the yard and it works great in that so far I haven't got stuck. However, it goes pretty slow which is alright especially when you are doing something like weed eating.

Depends on how old the chair was.. but yup! Have had to fix a few :-)

older c300,lift light out and tilt in yellow mode,if you have a direction to look it would be nice.

i got the one odd shaped unit with no AC :^) BUT i dont have to use an elevator.. so its a nice trade-off!
