    When it becomes difficult to consume enough protein through whole foods, how safe is whey protein powder for supplementation?

      Its very safe. Why wouldnt it be? Its just food in powder form

      I can tell you from experience: you can exlusivly consume whey only as your protein source, and be totally fine

      In muscles and thats why we need constant stream of it daily. There is almost no storage for protein and u dont wanna lose ur muscle do you

      Adequate protein intake is crucial for the public. This isnt nerdy at all. Just eat 2gr per kg of bodyweight per day and ur done
