    I’m a USA subscriber. While our tactics and fish species are very different over here, Graeme’s tips, skills and enthusiasm are great and universally helpful no matter what style of fishing or what fish you’re after. My favorite RUclips fishing channel!

Your videos are the best on RUclips, they are very informative, funny and I've tried the tips you give and they really work brilliantly.       I never leave home going fishing without prawns in one pocket maggots in the other. Breads ok in my backpack. Had some women comment on the movement of my pocket so i took it out.. then they started screaming... !!!

    I use prawns for bait about 80% of the time. I'm in Queensland, Australia so it's mostly saltwater fishing. I usually get them straight from a local trawler as 'bait' prawns are a lot dearer. We can't use prawns from the supermarket because of an outbreak of White Spot Disease. Loving the videos mate.

    Graeme, Great fishing video packed with tips for beginners and more experienced anglers. I've got to say the lakes themselves look great but not the surrounding area (still you didn't go there for the beauty) I am sure the aircraft noise would give me a headache after a few hours, but hey the fishing looks terrific.       Was going in the boat this week but the weather window was not quite long enough. I did get out on a hire boat and had some fish though.

      .I have children that live in Park City!
      They Ski, mountain climb, ski jump, and mountain bike.
      But they don't fish for Carp, how sad.

    Great video Graeme. I've recently been using small pieces of bacon rind to float fish and had good results. Might be worth trying for a video if you haven't already. I know catfish like bacon but i didn't think crucians and roach would.

      We used bacon fat years ago for Barbel,but only last week I tried cutting sections of prawn to go on a size 14 hook while floatfishing...I had some much better Roach and Rudd,far better than I would have with maggots..don't know why,but it worked on the day and I will deffo be doing it again...Already on the film,but I'm holding it back in the files.

      I was going this week but the high pressure collapsed so I sacked the trip...I need 3 settled days in a row if I am going to tow it anywhere...hoping for another good forecast.

      A multitude of makes, usually whatever packet I find in the tackle box first.

      I use 6lb,but you could go to 8lbs.

    Have you tried bacon greame ?been catching some beautiful bass lately on bacon rolling the sea bed. I now wonder if it would catch freshwater fish .

    Shrimp work great on any fish I mostly use them for catfish but yes any fish will hit it and the same thing for bread and corn for that matter

      I don't "show" a bit older..every damn day I AM a bit older..I keep shaving my grandad in the mirror each morning...what happened to the Omar Sharif lookalike I used to see....Time seems to accelerate even faster now,and I may get tired from cramming as much work as I can each day..I can see I will have to start getting a bit of Botox or some other form of facial scaffolding done...Good enough for the ladies,maybe I should whack a coat of finishing plaster on !!...
