Great job! I went cold turkey in a blink of an eye 9 months ago and I am so happy! I am health and wellness oriented person myself so I believe it played a huge role in my decision to go all natural. I just cut my hair too short, there is no name for my haircut. :) I can be very bold and I love it! Honestly, without judging anyone, when I see older lady, who is hardly walking but she still colors her hair, it really doesn't make sense to me but I know it does to her. Then we have so many ladies of any age, who do not care about their well being in general, yet, they too color their hairs religiously. It also doesn't make sense to me but it does to them. Again, dear ladies, I am not judging anyone, just trying to help. Not everyone is going to grow their silvers but let's do take care of ourselves from the inside out! Peace.
Your grey hair is gorgeous. I am 8 months dye free and love that I no longer am a slave to hair dye. My hair is short and I only have the tiniest bit of colour left on the ends. I am 67 and after colouring my hair for 35 plus years, I know I will never go back to the dye! Loved your photos!
What was most important to me is that after a certain point - of several months growing out - your hair looked wonderful with grey roots and dark ends. I started the process of letting my grey grow out two months ago, and worried about that period when the white grew out markedly and there would be this crazy demarcation line. But now I am not. I am only now finding out how grey I am. I am 66. By the time our lockdown ends, and I will think of going out a lot again, I think my hair will be at a point that will be quite beautiful. Thank you!
Thankyou so much after watching many stories of ladies transitions this one from you was of rawness and spiritually inspiring for me. My decision is set in stone now. I am getting my hair cut tomorrow and after 4 mths of no dye my hair is starting to shine thos little scatterings of greys and I love them. It will be a long journey for me but once all the brassy dye has gone completely I will reunite with my natural hair which will in time free my inner goddess of my true vintage style I've been too scared to do with dark hair. I want to embrace colour and vibrancy which will in turn ignite my soul again. I simply cannot wait. Thankyou so much. Xxxxxx
Loved this! I am a holistic master esthetician for over thirty years and I teach beauty and aging naturally ... wabi Sabi the Japanese word for embracing the imperfections of life and in aging and ourselves. Self love. I am 54 and do nothing Invasive. I have been allowing my grey hair “ Sparkle “ for two years and I love it! It’s not full grey yet because I have king hair but I love it. It made so much sense for what I teach. I hope to see more posts. Subscribed 🙌🏻🍑Lisa Peaches Skin Care
Francesca, I started allowing my grey hair “ sparkle” about two years ago and you will not regret it!!! Mine is long and I love watching the transformation. It’s also so much more healthy for our bodies. Good luck. 🙌🏻🍑Lisa Peaches Skin Care
I have also gray hairs on edges. But I love the look of your hair. It suits you and will suits everyone. Need such confident to keep it as it is. Thank you!

Yay i will too.I bought a box last week was stalling. Now after seeing how great you look..I will go grey..As i am 58 & have been dying mine blonde for years now..Use to have naturally dark hair. The blonde was because of my greying hair i also now have long hair..Which i like so silver platinum for me soon...

Absolutely gorgeous 👩🏻🦳💖 Congratulations 🥳 in 2 days it will be 9 months in cold turkey, I still have a long way to go but that is ok! I received my second compliment, today from a young woman who said she loved my hair which the greys were purple from Fenola no yellow shampoo which will go away in a few washes. I truly love my greys , I’m 66 and wish I would have done it sooner
I think it depends on your face. If you have a lot of wrinkles and sagging skin, grey hair will only age you more. If you have 40 year old skin you can get away with it. If you are happy with it then whatever you choose is best for you. I hate when 20 somethings walk around with grey hair, it looks aweful to me.

Beautiful hair , looks so healthy and strong. It really brings out your features. You have inspired me to welcome my greys and ditch the dye .

When you're absolutely gorgeous like her, you can go bald, and no one would care. Beautiful hair regardless the color. Even the blue was lovely.

I don't understand the emotional trauma of going gray. I didn't have to do detox or even consider what another person thought. It's just hair.
Are you transitioning to gray hair?

Are you still gray in 2024 ?
I think it depends on your face. If you have a lot of wrinkles and sagging skin, grey hair will only age you more. If you have 40 year old skin you can get away with it. I think it looks especially beautiful when 20 year olds have grey hair. The contrast of their glowing skin with the grey hair is so pretty!
