Great video...i have the same hood on my 19 challenger hellcat redeye narrow body....my vehicle is all black and have the hood, roof and trunk wrapped in forged carbon.
I have a hellcat TB from ebay on my scat. You can get the port match adapter from Khaos Motorsports. The Hellcat TB is much larger and you get OEM reliability.
According to the dyno the car seemed to level out after 5800 rpm which is pretty disappointing… after the cam it was still only making power up to around 6400. The cam I had wasn’t setup for all out power though and was definitely restricted by the intake manifold as well. With a proper cam and intake such as the Holley hi ram you can make power 7k+ rpm with valvetrain upgrades
That depends on a few things really… is it cold in your area? You can often hear the injectors firing which could easily be mistaken as the “hemi tick”. In a colder area it’s also going to take the oil some time to warm up and lube the valvetrain properly. I wouldn’t worry about it too much if it’s only a few seconds at startup.
@@B5beast422 i live in las vegas it gets kinda cold but not super cold and also some times it stays for a wild but its not super loud i feel like it can be the things u mention or maybe a mandifold leak?
The wheels are forgestar f14 17x5 in the front and 15x10 in the rear. Mickey Thompson sportsman s/r tires in the front 28x6 and et street ss on the rear 295x65. For the track I swap out to beadlocks on the rear with et drags 29.5x10. 5
Does anyone know the max torque on the 5.7/6.4 clutch’s and also the hellcat clutch I’m building a 411 and I want to throw some noss until I buy a built transmission Ik my 6.4 clutch definitely won’t hold but I’m wondering if I can just use that clutch till I can afford a built transmission or just have fun with noss and the hellcat clutch but I would like to know the limitations of the hellcat clutch as well
I would just go with a factory hellcat clutch. You get brand new takeoffs from their crate engines at MMX for like $700. I know of a few people making 8-850ish on factory hellcat clutches. I had one in my car too, honestly wish I would have just kept it in there but went with a monster triple disc when I added the turbos and then the trans broke. I think the race clutch being so aggressive made the trans die even faster than it would have otherwise. Plus the race clutches are a pain to daily drive with. Hellcat clutch is smooth and doesn’t feel any different than the 5.7/6.4 clutch when driving on it, just stronger
I just happened to look at the street at 3:36 and thought it was a skunk sneaking up on you 🤣
🤣 neighbors lil dog they always just let out running around
Big Tire Big Dog and Big Dude. Watching you for years and your very informative for me. Thanks

Glad you liked it, thanks for the support!
Wanted to ask during your N/A days before and after adding the cam what's the maximum RPM range for a manual 392 ? does it reach 7000 RPM safely ?

@@B5beast422 oooh ok, but is it safe to raise the limiter to 7k without having issues with a standard FBO build ?
I want you to build my 392. Badly.
I have a question when i start my car it tick for a couple seconds then it goes away could it be the hemi tick?

How much HP are your pushing? looking to get a scat and make it faster without a tune.
I was just sharing knowledge about what’s best if you wanna go this route. My car has a lot more done to it.
fastman bored TB is way better than ported
I had one from him too, don’t believe he’s in business anymore though unfortunately
Some awesome info, thanks for the video 💪💪💪
