The best stories in our lives began when we chose to follow the path of the heart. What does the path of the heart mean to me? It's when an impulse arises within the body-a strong desire, goal, or dream emanating directly from the heart. It's when the heart leads the mind. Of course, the mind kicks in afterward, questioning why you want this, but when the heart's path is chosen, there's no turning back. There's only the choice to move forward in that direction and act.
