Imma be honest I knew them because of "Hey there Delilah" I heard one of their other song's once but I had no clue until basically just now that they were the same people that did well the song you were talking about in your video

I went to HighSchool with Delilah and ran track with her. She had beat so many track and field and cross country records in our state. She got a full scholarship to Columbia University in New York. I am a year younger than her so in September of 2001 when New York City was under attack, our biggest fear was Delilah's well-being and she did call and keep in touch with what was going on. She did train for the Olympics, but never made it past the trials. She is still a runner with a lot of achievements. This to say she's pretty famous in her own sphere. There is some inside baseball stories about Tom and Delilah, but I prefer to let the lore live on. It is such a beautiful song

I actually knew Delilah from high school-we ended up in the same creative writing class together, of all things. She was this powerhouse on the track team, always setting records and taking home trophies, especially in cross country. She ended up getting a full scholarship to Columbia, which was huge. I remember when 9/11 happened in her first semester; all of us back home were so anxious, but she kept in touch and let us know she was safe. She eventually trained for the Olympics, though she didn’t make it past the trials. She’s still a well-known name in the running world, though. There are even some funny stories about her and Tom that we used to share, but honestly, it’s nice to let those stay part of the mystery. Makes that song feel a little more magical, you know?

Wow! That is amazing because Delilah is so powerfully bittersweet that it just goes straight to your heart. I never thought they ended up together. Long distance relationships are hard enough for anybody, but almost impossible when you are that young, which just gives it a sort of tragic sincerity. That he could make it all up and sound so real shows what a gifted song writer Tom is.
this was my mother's favorite song she was always singing the verse "what you do to me" sadly my mother passed away in 2012 miss her terribly.
