It’s like a peanut m&m that has 2 peanuts in it. The flubs are always the best

You should start a series of just mowing. I could watch you mow the tiftuf on the rider all day.
I love the normal programming btw! So don't take it as a sign that I want that to stop.

How often is the growth regulator applied? Do I apply foliar fertilizers together or at a different interval?

When you are using your fert mix do you use full dosage when mixing all 4 including brilliance and enhance, i belive its 200ml per 100m² ? Or would you use half the dose of brilliance and enhance when together ?

The issue I had with my TifTuf over Dec/Jan was the seed stalk, not the head. Even with a weekly spray program, and mowing every second day, I couldn't get rid of them. Maybe it's because the turf was laid last Nov and hasn't experienced the heat wave we got in Perth (multiple days over 40c).

Had mine for two seasons. Same problem. I found watering the crap out of it helped with pgr applications. Still wasn't ideal but better. I think it does need alot more water then they say if you mowing below 10-12mm

@@anth1839 yeah I was mowing at 8mm. I think the rapid heat changes caused it to stress out too much. I had plenty of water on it during the hot periods. Will continue to research.

How old does a new green have to be for the first time coring it?
Or just it go on certain factors like hardness/softness etc?

Interested to see how you go with the seed head. It’s the one thing that is putting me off tiftuf.

The syngenta website says that Primo Maxx does help stimulate lateral growth. Is that specific to Primo Maxx? Are there some PGR that don't?

Does it help to prevent seedhead more if you get pgr down before it tries to produce it? I think I've read that. Thoughts?

Can seedhead appear as the result of too much fertiliser (nitrogen)? If so is cutting back on nutrients a bit a solution instead of using PGR?

  • @Stevegrande1

Can I just use some liquid iron on the tifftuf to give it some deeper green with out the pgr ?? Will some thing like money shot (lawn hub product) green it up or too much nitrogen ?? I’m trying to use up a lot of products I already have on the shelf as I went nuts with stuff during Covid and need to use it up before I get any other branded stuff. Cheers

      I have these acustoms.com.au/brands/ultimate-ears/ue18pro/
Yeah 100%. Went back to my AirPods on the mower last week and I could hear so much mower noise. These have been awesome

Is it especially important to get rid of weeds that produce seed head?

Here in the states, in Tennessee, all the weeds are growing right now.

Ideally yes! Helps reduce seed head in the soil
