Cracking job your doing Ben, i appreciate all the effort you put in to get the spectacular results your getting, i'm a groundsman back in England , send some of that sun our way we need it, hope Liverpool lose a few games soon as im an Arsenal fan great work Ben all the best to you and your family cheers Craig
Lovely to catch up on progress. Have been following since you moved. Would be nice to see another walk round of the other paddocks / gardens now you’ve lived there for a few years and understand what your plans are for the next 3 years.
Been following the entire journey at the "new" place and watching for ages while you were at the old place. Been a long journey so far but its looking mint!
Great work over the last few years mate! It's a mountain of work getting ready for a wedding, we did the same at our place and came up mint in time for the big day 😊
I know you've had a lot to do but you made it look easy. I'm sure myself and all your subscribers have seen massive changes in their lawns as much as your paddocks have aswell. Mine the best it's look led since I moved into my home 3 years ago.
I’d love for you to discuss or go through Different grasses for golf course and green And what you would go with each of the recommended seed As I can’t see a lot of discussion on this for home builds Cheers
Legend! Love your work mate! I have couch with some broadleaf and grass type weeds. I have liquid fert, but what do you recommend I do now in Feb in Newy, NSW? It’s kept long at the moment, pretty good and not too patchy but some thinner spots
How do you keep Rye grass alive in the summer??? I imagine it gets hot there? I live in California and I wnt to do rye grass but get told it cant be done cause it gets over 100 degrees
Let’s just say I seeded that area too late and the seed was 10 years old stuff I got from the shed at the golf course when I was there 😂 When it went back to tiftuf it was filled in 🤙🏼
Incredible transformation. Beautiful property all around!
Cheers Allyn!
I hope you sat back and took it all in. Some great work done.
Awesome bro.. And i thought i was going to miss the old house! 'how i was wrong..... Legend
Haha cheers mate!

Been watching you vids since the backyard in Perth days. Awesome job!
Mate 👌👌👌👌 what a massive effort - bloody awesome job buddy!!!!
Dreamy back garden. I’d be out there all the time playing and practice putting ⛳️⛳️⛳️
Looks great!
You said you’d get to the 2nd fairway the other side of the dam this summer.
Lets get it going!!!!! Get it leveled and shaped and planted!!
All sprayed with glyphosate and just needs some quick irrigation 🤙🏼
@ oh sweet. Great news then!!

great vid, thanks Ben. Are you able to explain how a cricket pitch is prepared for a match, would be interesting.
So this is what you been busy with 😂 editing this vid. I can’t believe it’s been 3 years alr.
Awesome mate. Friends wedding? cheers Pete
Satellite photos above your region would show green at your place and brown everywhere

Sorry, had to pause it mid video. What in the blue hell was that bloke doing DRIVING A VAN!!! on the new lawn!! :D:D:D

Water and wetting agents are your friend! Hand watering isolated dry patches when you spot them are a great way to keep it going strong
@ thank you!! If you don’t mind. What kind of weather do you have?
New mower? 😳
bring back the long grass!! you need a spot where you just let it grow
About 6 acres of it in the other paddock 😂
@LawnTips it needs to be long and green though, not that dry shit
14:47 I bet you were
You know it 😂
145k were thinking about the grass…
My man builds an entire golf hole no problem but at the old house couldn’t grow a 10x6 golf green for the life of him 😂
Let’s just say I seeded that area too late and the seed was 10 years old stuff I got from the shed at the golf course when I was there 😂
When it went back to tiftuf it was filled in 🤙🏼
Wedding?? Why would anyone want to do such a thing?? Run for your life in the opposite direction 😅
Yeah I agree if wanted lose half my stuff an end up in debt I would just pick up punting you get the same ups an downs as marriage anyway haha
