Hi Ben, you recommended a thatching rake to me a while ago as my lawn is only small at 40 m2. Yes I got one from Bunnings and yes it works really well. I find that it is too aggressive for grooming, so I use a thin wire rake. Just be aware that it is hard work. Great vid, thanks.
Honestly amazing man! Your lawn is where I strive to be with my hole lawn! I am located here in the states and really appreciate all the help you have been. I currently have Perennial rye grass but I am looking to switch to possible something that allows me to get more of an official greens look. I need a cool season grass that would do the trick, any suggestions? Keep up the amazing work and I hope to hear back!
Love the content mate. Just wondering if you’ll ever put Buffalo in anywhere on your property? Would love to see a reno and how you’d maintain that. Cheers
Another great vid! I’m only about 2km from you, yet I swear you get twice as much rain!!🤔🤨😂 Love ya work and I’ll be talking to you when I’ve finished retaining walls and earthworks at the Casa del Gibbo. Hey-Is that a Moog song in this video?
nothin but rain here in the uk for weeks.. endless rain.. seeing this has really helped lift the spirits.. thanks

Loving these early uploads.
Absolutely love the music choice on the groom clip. Nice work mate! Loving seeing the grooming. I'm so stoked to get back on my green this season!
Nice vid as per usual - Onya pumping one out before your mates come for a game on the weekend! Enjoy the weekend mate 👍🏻
Need some Tenacity/Mesotrione for your ryegrass surrounds to keep that bentgrass out.
Ben, FYI, I sent you my idea for the bunkers and wanted to make sure you received it.

Can you do a reel about brown patch, think i have this currently
What are your thoughts on the Allett quick change cartridge system?
How long does it take you to switch out the groomer on this one?
How early is too early to do a Reno on a new bent green?
Can you plant the cores on another green?

Hey mate just wondering have u got any general maintenance tips on zoysia? Cheers.
I would recommend a Lawn Tips lawn plan, my zoysia is looking pure.
@@GuyStaplehurst will look into it. Cheers 😁
Your green looking schmicker than my local course. Question though - can you dethatch buffalo? If so, what would you use to do the job?
Did the green help your golf game ?
0:46 humility?! Lmao
Humidity haha
Yo dude for the algorithm is it better for me to just watch it on utube or click on it from Facebook then watch on utube?
Would hitting it with the roller remove some of the sponginess? Or would that be just kicking the can down the road? Also, flash shirt bud!
Can't believe you trust your dogs not to run away in all that land 😆 But those lawns are looking awesome!
The ryobi battery doesn't have a grooming reel -- only scarify or dethatch (tines). Scarify reel is too aggressive for grooming imho
Incorrect. I just groomed my bent green with it on the highest setting & it thinned out good & can barely notice where I’ve been.
Yeah, a scarify can do the same. The teeth or blades are just wider apart and you do have to set it higher so it doesn't carve too deep in the soil.
Is it bad my buffalo grass is spongy haha?
That grooming 💦
Best way to de thatch 4 month old Village green kikuyu?
Haha, I was like why did you put a Japanese flag on the pin 😂
Almost scrolled past the video. Didn't recognise you in the thumbnail.
Yo mate, what up?
Any chance of an ahla Jerry after dark live stream till you get a hole in one :)
Can we get a "here" counter hehe :)
Might have to include one 😂
the royalty-free music ain't it bro!
Bit late to the party brutha. I’ve been using it for 5 years
