    1. Plan your mornings to the minute so that an effective morning builds the momentum for the rest of the day. Take care of the most important and urgent tasks first
    2. Cut all external distractions when you're working/studying
    3. Control your caffeine intake. One way to do this is to have a healthy, fixed sleep schedule
    4. Track your productivity curve (time of day when it's easiest to study/work effectively)
    5. When you have most energy, do the more involving tasks
    6. Stop consuming stuff that make you feel drained

    “I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I’ve been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”

    In addition to this, I have a suggestion for those who follow routines that 1) Don’t be over-ambitious. Don’t give yourself impossible periods of time to do a task which is a very common mistake I did.
    Begin by providing yourself double the time you think you’ll take for a task so you can at least follow the routine first and make it a habit.
    2) Know why you’re doing something. If you meditate or exercise, read articles that make you feel like doing them. Just don't do them blindly. Enjoy everything you’re doing

    Journalling is the best thing one can do for self. Best form of mental exercise, allows to reflect, analyse and learn, it makes me feel so powerful and in control and self awareness increases to another level. Someone rightly said you can't change what you can't measure and it's 💯 true! Whenever I need to correct or focus on anything, I'll just do more of journalling and reflection and get the clarity always.

    Hey mike, do you believe its important to take breaks in a study session or is it okay to sit and study for hours on end?
    Your videos really help me a ton, Thanks a lot! :)

    • @bandanachaudhary5757
      @bandanachaudhary5757 2 года назад +2

      According to me it is important to take breaks in between your study session. But there's something which need to be look upon i.e. take breaks when u feel your cocentration and focus is losing out.
      Remember that in your break time you won't do anything which will make you not return to your work.
      And for me it's usually listening to music in my break time to relax. This boost up my productivity and also returning to my work becomes more easy then.
      Find yours too
