Inorder to go ahead with the 1% rule. this step will be the best to start up with. I started by studying or atleast reading a book 30mins before having breakfast. And that push is basically what keeps me going...

For example, the proffesser tells me we have a unit test next week but I forget. I need to buy ipad first to make note, i need to rent a room first for myself to have my own workspace, i need to buy all gears first before get fit or exercise.. Sometime it took time to manage all the things that i need to prepare, many things can be done before the gears are all prepared. We can start from below, which means that whatever situation you are in, if you have the strong aim and endurance regarding what you want to achieve, i think nothing impossible. My problem is, i have weak will.
