Ive been looking for a way to strengthen just my left side erectors since those always feel sore after deadlifting. I think that Sorenson hold with the single arm row or isohold might be the fix. Thanks!
That is another way to do traction on the lumbar spine. While this can alleviate pain, it does not do anything to address the problem. Essentially a bandaid. If you find relief from it, go for it. However, get to the root of the problem and address that as well.
Need more bullet proof workouts... for all body parts...so I can become the bullet proof man! Seriously though thank you soo much for educating us with these workouts that I need
@@GarageStrength Unfamiliar with the symptoms of Lyme disease, but I immediately noticed it 'cause mine doesn't either. I'm missing about 20% of both flexion and extension in my right arm. Sometimes my elbow fucking kills me. Had it looked at a few times by physical therapists and they always say it's dysfunction in my shoulder or something even though I'm clearly explaining my shoulder feels fine and my elbow hurts🤷🏻♂️
Hey coach I broke my left wrist last year and I’ve been getting back into strength training this year. Can you teach some wrist strengthening movements that’ll help beef up my wrist. Thanks in advance
