I will bet that 99/100 gamers wouldnt be able to tell the difference between the Series S and the PS5 or XSX while playing. If you put a version of the game up and asked them is this Series S or PS5/XSX....almost all of them would guess wrong or get lucky by guessing right.
Facts, I did this with my friends ,and only one of 4 was right when it came to guessing which was the series s.... And it's only because his a PC gamer who games on 4090 setup.
The only drawback to series s is it only plays digital games and has no disk drive. Investing in series s means investing in an all digital game library and potentially getting rid of all disk games. Me personally i prefer digital games to disks for many reasons, so i have a series s and highly recommend it.
i own ps5 but i think the series S is a solid temporarily upgrade i already see the hardware starting to show in some games and the storage space is really bad but its not a bad budget console

Eh, You can still notice a difference between series X and S that said the S is powerful for what it can do. I mainly game on pc but i might pick up a series S in the future since i game on a 1440p monitor mostly and i can do 120Hz in some titles

While I found the graphics pretty good at first glance and I fancy the dungeons very much, I find the overworld is just boring in the long run. A much more colorful overworld with added playfullness, vibrance in colors and more details like lively flora and fauna is missing... it looks so bland. A brighter overworld would add to the excitement, creating a contrast between the two worlds! hopefully the Add-On will follow this direction
I think the game isn't going to close to what it could be in graphical fidelity in favor of a rock solid frame-rate and high resolution. Just really well built game optimizing everything to look great and function great.
I own both PS5 and xbox series X. At 5:50, dolby vision is easy to notice on both series s and x while the ps5 is on HDR10 because it doesn't support dolby vision. Xbox this gen has done a great job and it is my favourite console for 3rd parties games.
Yea, It is. Im still on the edge thinking ima get on. As i had a xbox series X and all the bells and whistles recently ive rebuilt my gaming pc so since gaming on that and going 1440 / 165hz it would only make sense with a 1440p monitor to grab a secondary console as the xbox series S and call it a day for other games and still have a good experience.
Series s is great for the price. But come August a lot of diehard rpg fans will be disappointed on s and x. I’ve not seen this happen yet I don’t think. Baldurs gate 3 is coming out on Ps5 and Pc in august. It’s supposed to be on Xbox also. But they are having serious problems with it on the S. So with Microsoft stance on s and x it has to work on both. So now BG3 will not be coming to Xbox x or s in Aug. they didn’t give a date for possible release. If can’t get it work on s it won’t come to x. That really sucks. I play both divinity games on my S so not sure why can’t get BG3 to work. Same developer.
That’s just some fog from the game. It’s not a bad thing. I’m sure it’s in the Xbox Series X version as well depending on the time of day/weather in game.
Series S has the worst graphics of them and Series X and Ps5 seems equal in Graphics. But Series S and Ps5 are a bit milky and through this a bit brighter in light. Only the Series X has "true colors" and wins in my opinion the comparison. ✌️

Thats because xbox runs at higher resolution on almost ever game dabilo runs at dynamic 4k on ps5 and xbox series x but ps5 drops to lower resolutions then xbox versions just like star wars jedi survivor xbox version ran at higher resolution then ps5 ps5 version drops all the way down to 648p wheres xbox series lowest is 680p thats almost a 40 percent difference
What edition is this? For series S (idk about x) to get optimised for xbox you need to get the ultimate edition, but if the standard edition is 60fps I'll get that one (I only really care about performance)

Hmm, Xbox supports VRR and LFC but @ 6:03 you see a fps drop from 60 to 55 or so. If VRR and LFC kicks in you will see those drops on the fps counter but LFC would of faked frames to 120 = double 60 giving you a smooth fps. I know it ranges as well but the drop should of happened with that range being so close 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I know no one else would of spoke on it but ya and xbox does support VRR and LFC. Also for it to stutter like that in general the game needs to be optimized more. Even pc has issues

If there’s no real significant difference between the ps5 and XsX then I’ll probably get the ps5 version because of the extra input options the touch pad on the controller gives you.
@@Nojintt PC just gives you so much more options than consoles and lets you turn down settings to get higher framerate so I will always prefer PC over console but I have an OC 4080 so I'm playing at 4k max setting with RT and still get like 100fps+ in many games and everything has been over 80fps
sadly you can't play a rogue on co-op as your partner will lock the screen as you try to dash past the mobs cos he/she can't catch up with the speed! Haha
Something to note, the series S is playing with a few lower graphics features, and at 1440p, the Series X and PS5 has more graphics features at full 4k, and the ps5 has ray tracing. More graphics will lead to faster load speeds. Some have recorded better loads by upgrading their SSDs, saw a video showing a ps5 with a 2tb m.2 with faster transfer rates and loaded things 20% faster. Probably another video out there for Series X as well.
There's literally nothing different that the PS5 is doing than a SX isn't, if you have a better SSD (faster) that's supposed to speed up loading times... it has nothing to do with graphics. You literally use the SSD to load the game from.

PS5 has a noticeable foggy layer that isn't present on the Series X. You can really notice it at the 5 min mark.
