    Ernest nice to see the SAS neo make the trip to Pearson, at last the narrow body aircraft make a beautiful trip over the ocean.The gray SAS mark looks nice. Even the engines sound like a larger wide body aircraft at take off. Ernest have a great weekend and catch on the next video. God Bless you and your relatives.

      Brand New a/c. Aircraft built in Hamburg, Germany! Its a A321LR. Not "just"a NEO. Especially built for longhaul, with 3 class cabin layout & service as SAS ordinary wide body fleet. Ordinarry "NEO´s" are not built for longhaul & dont have same amout of fuel tanks as the LR version! SAS has only just received its first of these LR´s some weeks before this flight, especially for longhaul only! The rest of SAS A320 family aircraft fleet is not capable or used for long haul! YYZ was its first destination together with EWR, which SAS amongst also uses A330 & A350-900! Actually SAS cheated a little & inserted her (A321LR) on a flight to EWR before she should have entered official service🙂

    No waterbridge reception? I wonder why not?

      Toronto Pearson Fire has lately come out and said that they no longer due water cannon salutes on most inaugural flights. This is due to the fact that it takes two trucks out of service and they wouldn’t want a scenario like that in case of an impending emergency.

      @@ErnestGutschikAviation Lousy excuse! ANY propper airport can do a water gate. I think it’s a matter of money & time. I’ve personally been on 3 flights with watergate. A couple of months ago amongst, with Europes last MD83. Danish DAT. We flew a giant MD83 over the sky above Denmark, on the farewell flight! Very sharp curves & angles! Fantastic experience 👍

    No water canon salute?

    • @ErnestGutschikAviation
      @ErnestGutschikAviation  2 года назад +1

      Not much anymore, Pearson has stated that they no longer do them anymore since it takes two trucks out of service and they don't want to be short of vehicles in case of an emergency.

      It's the same plane at the end tho, no one argues whether an A333 is A330-300 or A330-300X for example
