    Our doctor recommended regular glasses for now and then discussed soft lenses, nightly hard contacts, and atropine possibly in the future. There was no mention of special myopic glasses. How come?? I feel like this would be the best and 1st place to start, espcially with a very young child.

      What country are you in? Myopia management spectacles are not available in the USA.

      Arg, yes the US. Why is it not available here? It sounds safer and just as effective as contacts.
