Honestly, MW2012 has probably been my favorite NFS so far. And it makes me happy people still play multiplayer.
I feel like people would have liked it more if it wasn’t called Most Wanted. The name had people going in expecting a Most Wanted like game and got Burnout with licensed cars instead.

9 year old me was playing online when one moment, the map dissapeared. Like full on the ground and buildings were no more, except the ai cars.
now, I had to get to an event in that plane scrapyard. I had memorised the roads and map so damn well i made it there without crashing going at moderate speeds
I also remember going so fast that my burn nitrous regenerated as fast as it would dissapear so I would basically have infinite boost, great times.
I think this just shows this is not really a bad game. Even when the pants man really doesn't like the game, he is still having fun playing it.
It's literally just burnout paradise 2.. almost. Most people only hate it because its called most wanted lol
@@Strypixx exactly, it's not really a nfs game since everything is so fancy looking, and the whole thing about nfs games is costumizing the car, take that away, also take away the whole street racing with your hand made costumized car and ofc people will just shit on it.
The big problem with it is that it is part of the wrong franchise

This game was awesome! Glad I was able experience it as kid who didn't hear everyone's opinion on it, cause if I did it wouldn't be one of my favs right now.
I LOVED burnout paradise so I enjoyed this game. Glad NFS didn’t become that though
Most Wanted 2012 is a totally fine game, not perfect by any means but a purely fun one as far as i'm concerned. Yes it's not in the same line as the original Most Wanted and yes it's closer to Burnout Paradise in game design but so what? If it's fun it's fun. The physics are weighted, the controls are challenging and the map is dense and beautiful, what's not to love? Idk, this game's hated way more than it deserves.
Honestly that's why it gets the hate it deserves. It's burnout paradise with licensed cars. Doesn't feel like nfs at all when you compare it to pretty much every title in the series besides shift. Even pro street still felt more nfs than this game.
Everytime he plays this I'm tempted to get back on and wreck the few in multiplayer. (Non Dlc Guy)

I grew up playing this game on my wii u I absolutely loved it. Now that I'm older and have played through most wanted 05 I understand why people are mad about the title being most wanted, but I think if I wasn't called that people would have liked it a lot more.

This was my first proper need for speed, (after playing Need for speed Nitro on the Wii). I played it on the Wii U, probably had thousands of hours in that game just by hanging out with friends and enjoying all the beautiful map glitches there were in the game. It was amazing.

IIRC, if the target car disappears, just do any events and it will appear near to your area afterwards.

I just stopped trying to use my Elite controller because the same thing would happen to me. My B button is literally stuck and hasn’t popped out in 2 years.

Driving the venom was easier than the Veyron and I was playing on keyboard. I don't have a controller that works with my PC

The Veyron SS was the ultimate.... ULTIMATE battle machine against cops. You could take down 5 or 6 of the police S.W.A.Ts no problem. And with the power shot nitro, you were set.

I played this game on PS3 growing up, and it was on sale on steam last year so i bought it with the dlc (cause it was cheap). The way i played it to make it feel like there was some kind of progression was starting with the lower end cars, like the Fiesta, and doing all the races for that specific car to get all the upgrades for it. Then when i finished i would move on to the next car, until i progressed to having faster cars. It made the game feel a bit more progressive and grindy, so if you're wanting to play this game again I would highly recommend trying this method! :)
One thing I learned watching this is you CANT drive to save your life

You can cycle through midnight, dawn, sunrise, midday, sunset, and dusk through at any time with F8. The HD Effects by Aero script has some amazing functions and features 👍

i remember how broken the online version of burn pro nitrous was, at times it would break so bad that it was an infinite amount of juice like when batman from that new movie when he injected that mountain dew looking liquid he injects himself with but its constant until you wreck and i just take out a lot of people while doing those cursed speedlist challenges and i took out a few heavyweights and i noticed how this game just sticks the bird in the face of physics. yet a good while after about many years later i stopped playing out of boredom and i actually hate getting on here even if im forced but when i do i take out whoever told me to get on with the damn nos just to tell them to leave me alone

Honestly, I don't care, this is one of my favorite NFS games on ps3. Screw the lack of progression or the non existent story, the game play and the physics was really enjoyable for me. Even the DLCs, as ridiculous as they are to buy, were really good fun. Loved the hatchbacks and the airport expansion a lot. Good game, even for a flop of an attempted MW successor

As a big fan I suggest you to play split second, I think you already know this game, it's still worth it to be in a video, it has a great graphics for a 2010 racing game and it has online too so you can play with your friends.....you already did a video about this game but I think it's the perfect moment to see it again in your channel.

I only hate EA for one reason:this game was ORIGINALLY PLANNED TO BE NFSMW2 (YES A SEQUEL TO NFSMW05) but the game was scrapped and turned to this tho i don't hate the game,the concept was ALOT cool in ways and the reason why i hate EA is because Criterion was pressured by EA to the point that happened and turned to this! (Simply look about the beta build of this game and you know what i mean...)

I think the hate just comes from the fact that it has the same name as 2005 and for all the people who played 2005 back in the day it just didn't live up to the name. For those people 2005 is generally considered one of the best NFS games. 2012 is by no means a bad game, it's just a completely different game to 2005.
