dude you unlocked a memory in my brain 9 year old me was playing online when one moment, the map dissapeared. Like full on the ground and buildings were no more, except the ai cars. now, I had to get to an event in that plane scrapyard. I had memorised the roads and map so damn well i made it there without crashing going at moderate speeds I also remember going so fast that my burn nitrous regenerated as fast as it would dissapear so I would basically have infinite boost, great times.
Honestly, MW2012 has probably been my favorite NFS so far. And it makes me happy people still play multiplayer. I feel like people would have liked it more if it wasn’t called Most Wanted. The name had people going in expecting a Most Wanted like game and got Burnout with licensed cars instead.
This game was awesome! Glad I was able experience it as kid who didn't hear everyone's opinion on it, cause if I did it wouldn't be one of my favs right now.

Yes it's not in the same line as the original Most Wanted and yes it's closer to Burnout Paradise in game design but so what? If it's fun it's fun. The physics are weighted, the controls are challenging and the map is dense and beautiful, what's not to love? Idk, this game's hated way more than it deserves.

The way i played it to make it feel like there was some kind of progression was starting with the lower end cars, like the Fiesta, and doing all the races for that specific car to get all the upgrades for it. Then when i finished i would move on to the next car, until i progressed to having faster cars. It made the game feel a bit more progressive and grindy, so if you're wanting to play this game again I would highly recommend trying this method! :)
7:16 I think for some cars, without the drift tires, you won't get enough points for the drift event, but that could totally be down to me driving like an idiot :)
I just stopped trying to use my Elite controller because the same thing would happen to me. My B button is literally stuck and hasn’t popped out in 2 years.
I still think this is the best driving game in the need for speed franchise. Because in case you didn't know, NFS is both about driving and racing as a whole. Most Wanted just didn't deliver the racing portion. It delivered the graphics, the driving, and the sounds 10/10. It is extremely underrated. It would've been one of the best racing/driving games if it was named something else, or if the devs actually finished what they were actually doing. (Making the actual NFS MW2)

i remember how broken the online version of burn pro nitrous was, at times it would break so bad that it was an infinite amount of juice like when batman from that new movie when he injected that mountain dew looking liquid he injects himself with but its constant until you wreck and i just take out a lot of people while doing those cursed speedlist challenges and i took out a few heavyweights and i noticed how this game just sticks the bird in the face of physics. yet a good while after about many years later i stopped playing out of boredom and i actually hate getting on here even if im forced but when i do i take out whoever told me to get on with the damn nos just to tell them to leave me alone

Aside from being called "Most Wanted" I actually really liked this game. One of the few games from this era where they absolutely nailed the car engine/exhaust sounds, and it also looked really good on 360/PS3.
As a big fan I suggest you to play split second, I think you already know this game, it's still worth it to be in a video, it has a great graphics for a 2010 racing game and it has online too so you can play with your friends.....you already did a video about this game but I think it's the perfect moment to see it again in your channel. I think the hate just comes from the fact that it has the same name as 2005 and for all the people who played 2005 back in the day it just didn't live up to the name. For those people 2005 is generally considered one of the best NFS games. 2012 is by no means a bad game, it's just a completely different game to 2005.
The Veyron SS was the ultimate.... ULTIMATE battle machine against cops. You could take down 5 or 6 of the police S.W.A.Ts no problem. And with the power shot nitro, you were set.
Honestly, I don't care, this is one of my favorite NFS games on ps3. Screw the lack of progression or the non existent story, the game play and the physics was really enjoyable for me. Even the DLCs, as ridiculous as they are to buy, were really good fun. Loved the hatchbacks and the airport expansion a lot. Good game, even for a flop of an attempted MW successor
just like the poontach was remade, hopefully they will come back with an homage model for Aventador in the 100th year anniversary- not that i will be able to afford it

IIRC, if the target car disappears, just do any events and it will appear near to your area afterwards.
