I imported a skin to maximo and the fbx did not bring any of the shaders into maximo and I don't know how to "re-attach" the original skins... I have been trying to watch but it's just confusing me. I like how easy it was to create an animation on the model but I didn't create the materials and don't know how it's made. Now it's just grey and lump lol.... any advice or specific link would be great!
Yes gonna try that, animation is a thing that im not really interested to much doing, no point beceause it's separated art i think, and for me there's not enough hours in the day for other stuff already :)
It does not work. When I import the model is just tbone, no animation, tho there is animation, but the character is just standing there like an idiot in tPose
Hey, Clear user transforms does not work on my mixamo model. attempting to set a keyframe is also met with "Keying set failed to insert keyframe" error. do you have a work around?
Whenever I attempt to move, rotate, or scale specific bones, it seems that every parent of that bone is affected as well. Is there a way to ONLY move, rotate, or scale the single bone I have selected without others being transformed as well?
Hi there, I have imported my FBX file to Blender but I can't see it anywhere in the work space. It is appearing in my scene collection as an armature but I can't see it in the work space. Do you have a solution? Thank you!
Hey! Sorry I missed your message. When you import into Blender are you choosing Wavefront Obj? And if so maybe try exporting as an FBX file from Mixamo and import it as FBX in Blender. Hope this helps! Apologies for the late response!

So why do I never seem to get any of the oragage 'keyframes' in the timeline when I import my 'animated' .fbx file back into Blender? The file looks perfect in Mixamo, but when importing back into Blender all I get is the same T-Posed model with NO animation....
Hey Stan! Thats very odd. Sometimes you have to be in pose mode with all the bones selected in order for the keyframes to show up. Does the animation play at all when you press play in Blender? If not, then it may be an issue with the Blender file. Maybe try creating a new file from scratch or reinstalling Blender. Hope this helps.

I hear that. Even if we had more hours in a day it still wouldn’t be enough to get everything done. 😂
what a handsome channel I'm glad to be here
Fantastic video, yet again!
Thanks so much! :D

When I import FBX it doesn't come with the textures, Do you know how to remedy that?
Interesting! Is your view in Blender switched to Material preview mode or Render view? If so it may be an export option in Mixamo
Thanks for the reply@@Gatz3D I figured it out I was in Solid mode, I had to switch to material.
sounds like you're all about the POSE and not animation
I am a poser. 👍
