The most helpful thing for me was your videos. When I visited my local sewing center and saw my first Kimberbell design I thought, wow, I need an embroidery machine. My first thought was to get a Singer as it’s what I’ve always sewed on, but the internet was pushing me toward a brother. Then I came across your video on the Singer SE9180 and it convinced me to go with that. After purchasing my machine I’ve watch and rewatched your videos on the SE9180 and I’ve signed up for you Embroidery essentials class. I’ve had some challenges with my machine, but going back and rewatching your videos has resolved most of my issues. I still rarely get the needle threaded to work and the thread cutter often leaves the bobbin thread uncut, but although frustrating, those are not dealer breakers for me. Thank you for all your great info! I’m still watching the essentials videos and have been a little hesitant to jump into the project, but my confidence is growing. Keep up the great work!
