74 degrees nice and warm lol in South Africa it is fall and it still gets up to 83 degrees or in our terms 28 degrees celsuis during the day at the moment.....Awesome video guys waiting for the next vlog to come out every day lol want to see LS fit and injury free again to go get those top steps on the poduim 💪🏻

Enjoying the daily vlogs -- any update on the unprovoked rib injury? I actually had this same thing happen a year ago & doctors didn't have a clue what was going on. I actually had a sacral stress fracture ~2 weeks before my rib fracture. The sacrum went undiagnosed for a bit so unclear how related the two injuries were. I had a ton of psoas muscle pain while swimming so PT thought the lack of space between the inflamed muscles/ribs could have caused the break. I have a tool now that I use on the psoas muscles pre-swim & no issues since. Still bizarre. Wondering how your recovery is going & if your doctors have any thoughts on the causes.

Head is too high
if you really wanna sleep you need something like Xanax or at least a good dose of Nyquil. Melatonin is not a sleep drug - it is suppose to help regulate your circadian cycle. that's it.
