  • This is how I made changes to my Roland TD-11KV drums to make them more like my acoustic set up!

    Nice one mate, I've had a TD11 for a bit over a decade and loved using it, might be making a couple of these upgrades myself!

    I've never tried an electric drum kit that felt really good, did it take some getting used to

      I like this kit. I’ve always felt electronic kits are easier to play bc everything’s easier to reach and you get so much rebound off the mesh pads. But changing to the larger pads make it’s closer to my regular kit and I also try and tune the heads pretty low to reduce some rebound. Still not the same feel as real drums but when it’s all you can do at home it’s better than nothing 🤷🏻
