- This workout is aimed to improve your posture. I take you through 15 posture correction exercises that are Pilates exercises that help to open your chest, free up your spine and relieve upper back tension.
We move the spine in flexion and extension with some nice stretches between the exercises. Workout is 15 mins long and no equipment is needed!
