    மிக அருமையாக தெளிவாக சொன்னிர்கள் ஐயா 👏.
    1.நமக்கு முதல் காய்ச்சல் சலியில் இருந்து தான் வருகிறது இதற்கு நீங்கள் காற்றை அழுத்தமாக வெளிய ஊதினால் நெஞ்சில் கட்டி இருக்கும் சலி எல்லாம் வர தொடங்கும் இப்படி விட்டு விட்டு ஊதினால் இருமலுடன் சேர்ந்து எல்லா சலியும் வந்து விடும் .
    2.முதல் தலைவலி வர காரணம் மலம் சரியாக போகாதனால் வரும் இதற்கு வரம் ஒருமுறை விரதம் இருங்க .
    3.நித்தமும் வெங்காயம் இஞ்சி மிளகு பூண்டு சேர்த்து கொள்ளுங்கள் அதுவும் காய்ச்சல் நேரத்தில் வெங்காயம் சாப்பிட்டால் நோய் சீக்கிரம் குணம் அடையும் .

    Brown rice,
    Kodi vegetables or shoot vegetables avaraka, perkanga, poosanika, Vella poosni, vendaika, pavvakka etc, nalla boil panna tubers, potatoes, kilangu not always but at times.
    Green lefy vegetables all keerais. Either nalla vega vechha poriyal or keerai masiyal or kadancha keerai with mild masala and spices.
    Millets - Ragi, kelvaragu, kuthiraivali, sammai, thinai during cold seasons
    Kambu during hot summer times
    Meat and fish dry sauted with less masala.
    Pulses and legumes - all forms of grains as Sundal, green grams, Bengal gram, kondai kadalai etc
    Beans, pattani, avarai thatti etc
    Cabbage, cauliflower boiled and turmeric powder added poriyal.
    Nada kadalai or ground nuts and all forms dry roasted nuts, badam, posts, cashews, etc according to age, fitness level, workout habits, worklife etc.
    And once in 15days intermittent fasting is good. Oru meal a day skip pannitu Verum light foods like thayir Sadam or kanchi fulla oru day sapta oru healthy ana human ah eruka mudiyum. Elladti doctor theudura patient ah eruka mudiyum.

    I do three different shifts like 6am to 3 pm,10 pm to 7 am,2pm to 11 am....really I face lot of problems regarding my health alot...

    y can't they make 10am-6pm,6pm-2am,2am-10am.reducing health issues instead of other time slots .This divides night shifts into half without going a whole night please consider it🙏🙏😓😓😭😭
