I know that feeling bro, losing fat is simple, all you need are basic understanding of food and fitness, and consitensy and very strong motivation, like is there a girl or a women you want to impress attract or do you want to wear a clothes you want to wear but that doesn't fit, you motivation can be anything depend on your environment and situation. And its hard to gain 30kg in a year, but can easily lose 30kg in 6 months, so you can lose your weight sooner than it took long for you to gain weight, if you train, eat, sleep well consistently.
Is it muscle or fat that you carrying which is excess? Im around 170cm, i weigh 85kg, but people think im 70kg, overall fat% and muscle composition is the matter for health and fitness
