Great review, very nice Car, great interior, great performance.. but in the lower screen you can adjust the climat control/seats heating and cooling and also a lot of tools to find out, but it seems to me anoying when you are driving and you need to do 3 things before you can adjust your heating seats not very safe when youre driving 120kmh with youre head down, small detail on a perfect Car with excellent finisch

Like most of his other car reviews, this video contains good information about the Velar but doesn't provide honest feedback on any potential problems with it. At least he lets you know from the start when he tells you the dealership that loaned it to him.

Why does the speedo even bother saying 180 if 135 is the top speed. Our Range Rover sport supercharged reads about 145 only
Stopping PowerX Well the rr sport supercharged only goes up to 145 which is the max it says on the speedo. Even though it has enough power to go a lot more, so idk why they wouldn't put the top speed higher than that. If the velar can do 155 the rr sport supercharged should be able to do 165 plus

Do your homework before buying a Range Rover/Land Rover product. Check Consumer Reports for current and past models. The Velar is too new for a CR rating. Might have to wait until next year for it. I have a good friend that has owned two Range Rovers over the past six years. He will never buy another one. They were always in the shop for repairs, mostly electronics problems.
jitterygoat49r My RR is in the shop now for a new timing belt which cost $4200-5000 to fix. Did I mention there’s in 78k miles on it? Stay away from this brand.
went from RR to Lexus LX because I had a similar experience - never looked back although I am curious as to what the new redesigned QX by Infiniti will be because it looks like a stunner

Jesus, the electronic porn never ends with this hideous, fake thing. The classic Range Rover was the world's first comfortable off-roader. I want that - and that's all I want - not this under-engineered supercomputer. I still remember the joy of driving. I did not need literally any of the shit described in this thing to be a good driver. All I needed was a great frame (Land Rover/Range Rover pre-'96), a great engine (Rover 3.9 will do) and a great mechanical way to connect those things (steering, brakes, gearbox and transmission were all figured out in the first design 40 years ago).
