How To Rebuild LPG Reducer | Stargas Hercules Version C

In this video we will show you how we rebuild StarGas Hercules Ver. C LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) reducer also known as converter on 2004 BMW E90 330i. Reducer allows the gas to be delivered at the correct operating pressure and temperature. We decided to do this work because the car was running very poorly on LPG, so we realized that rebuilding and cleaning should help, as it turned out later, our decision was correct. We used reducer rebuild kit, and carburetor cleaner which worked very well to clean gas residues.
In the beginning there were a few symptoms, when you press accelerator hard, it automatically switches to petrol, so the reducer does not give the necessary pressure. Another symptom would be that when you step on the accelerator the car accelerates very slowly until it runs out of power.
