How about picture? What is the standar size aspect ratio for facebook and instagram?

Works much the same I believe. Both facebook and instagram prefer aspect ratios that take up the most amount of space on a users phone. For that reason, landscape mode doesn't do as well on those platforms. Hope that helps 👍
