    I can only say same! I lost lbs 35 with that exact combo. Apple Watch & Lose it! I don’t really care whether it’s accurate. It works. I eat about half of my bonus calories and I don’t think I could have stuck with it without the extra calories through exercise. What an amazing tool to have. Gold, as you say. You look great by the way!

      Aw thanks! Yeah I agree about the bonus calories. Working towards that target burn, or the “bonus zone” as I’ve been calling it, is a major motivational factor for me every day. Almost a literal carrot on a string. Cheers Buni (is what I should call you?), always enjoy your comments.

    This is awesome! I wholeheartedly agree with you. I love the apple watch and I also use Lose It. Very effective for me too. New subscriber! We think similarly when it comes to calorie counting and working out! Looking forward to your videos.

    The bonus calorie feature is amazing. I have HARD workout days and in the past I wouldn’t know how much I was burning on those days and would be starving. Now it’s a lot more sustainable.
