this video is what helped me. I tried so many other videos, and there was always something wrong with the wax, but you made me feel not afraid of doing it, and I waxed my and my dads legs (don't ask me how I convinced him lol)
I GUARANTEE THE OUTCOME !!!! So i tried sugaring using this video and it turned out perfect. And then a month later i went looking for sugaring, none that i tried worked, the sugar became hard and won't stick to skin. I am so glad i found this video back. I made it and just like magic it works !! I am writing this down. Also the part where you lift and stir is crucial, the other recipe does not have that tip. Just follow as she says!
am Arab and me my mom and great great grandmother been using this never gets old lol I love it because it’s all homemade ingredients and it’s moisturizes the skin too
Listen, I have so much “Tea syrup” that its not even funny anymore. After a dozen tries an soooo many videos I watched that go into so many complications unnecessary and simply wrong sugar/liquid ratios I have fount the holy grail 🤣 thank you so much for this simple yet informative video! I credit you for my success today. Love from Croatia ❤
Thank you 🙏🏻 Best hairremoval thing I have ever tried. Used waxestrips 🥵 epilator 🤯 tweezers and electrolysis, all very painful. This is just a walk in the park on a lovley summerday. Never going back from this ✨💖✨
I think I was successful in making It! The low heat works great, I ran out of lemon so I used lime for the rest! Can't wait to see if I was truly successful! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing I followed the ingredients and step by step this was my first time and it came perfect follow this technique people this wax griped on to my hair pulled out lots of hair I used a cotton wax strip ,your a star 🌟❤
Going to try this! Every time I make sugar wax, its too darn hard afterwards or the wax never removes ALL of the hair. That I have to do it over and over again just to have the same hair still standing. It's probably the operator.... ME!! Gonna check out the how-to video just to make sure I'm doing it right. Thank you for the video, others have had success so I feel confident I will too.
I tried this recipe a couple days ago and didn’t think it was going to work…Need less to say I am so happy and amazed at how effective it was at removing the hair from my underarms! Plan on doing my Brazilian next🥹🙏🏾 Thank you for this video !
@madinaisamicrowave8138 granulated sugar is just regular household sugar that you'd put in tea or use for baking. Just make sure u don't use powdered sugar(the kind that is sprinkled on donuts and stuff, it has a more powdery consistency)
A silicone mat is better than a jar. The kind used for baking a pie or pizza. Line a year resistant bowl with it so it puddles in the center of the mat. Then let it cool down. It won't stick to the mat so that much. Also you can alternately let whatever the sugar gets stuck to soak in water for about 10 min it'll wash/rinse right off.
What if you don't have lemon juice? I've read that vinegar can be used instead, but it is often recommended to use half of the amount of vinegar since it's more acidic. Can vinegar be used to make this wax?
I followed the recipe and it waxes well but it will begin to stick all over my hands after a couple of tries. It’s as if the heat of my hands is making it sticky again. What am I doing wrong?
Hmm, it might be overheated as you said I normally try to add a few drops of water (very small drops) and it normally helps. But, if that doesn’t work (as it might make it worse depending on the wax) I’d try to make a new batch. I hope this somewhat helps! Sorry if it doesn’t though 😅
I tried it and that was a mess like I think my one was not fully cooked it was like yellow 💛 not like that brownish maybe that's why it was liquidy even though I let to be cool but it was still liquidy I decided to try it tommorow but my mom won't let me maybe cuz she said you wasted sugar but I eat it. I don't really like sweet so that's why I didn't like it 😭maybe I can try when I'm professional.
Yes. 1 cup or sugar, 1/4 cup of lemon/lime juice or vinegar (use lemon/lime if you can; vinegar stinks), and 1/4 cup of water. That’s literally all you need
Help! After the mess that I creat making yellowish wax that I can't handle I tried it again and it is my 3rd time it turns out like a candy 😭like it is not over cooked but maybe it is a problem of ingredients I got 3 times permission from my mother and yet I'm not going to make it ever again maybe if my mom is not home then I can try it but my mom will not going to give me permission 😭 1st time my wax turned out like a burnt candy 2nd time it turns liquidy sticky but it creates a mess that I can't handle and 3rd time today at night it turned out like a candy again I'm not an expert 😭lol my mother won't let me to do it again
First Off I make Caramel alllll the time and never knew that’s how you make sugar wax lols so nooow I’m doing this tomorrow ❤️ Also does the salt do something different than the regular recipe ? Also can you use this for you bikini area ?
Honestly, I didn’t feel a difference with the salt so you can use it without it if you want too. Up to you tho, haha. And yes, I brazilian wax myself using this recipe minus the salt! 😊

By the way, this was a great video! I like it when creators go straight to the point. 😁
Instead of baby powder you can also use corn starch, it’s a lot cheaper and works the same
❤ Love this video. This is my first time trying out sugar waxing 😊

You can just put water in the pot and let it boil ☺️

I drizzled some on some parchment paper and it cooled very quickly

One question when I wanna duplicate the ingredients, 1/4 cup of water is 60mls in your country right??
If you want to double the water it would be 1/2 cup

What ingredient made this different then regular wax
Regular wax that you buy has chemicals this sugaring paste is all natural and a different consistency. Sugar and wax are also applied to the skin differently.
Most of the time, it’s how long you cook the wax for that determines the consistency
Idk what I did wrong but after I put it in cold water after a minute it went really hard. I think I cooked it for a little more
I would definitely try slowly reheating it in the microwave if it’s still hard (heat in 10 second increments until it’s usable)

I never did it but I think you have to mix it well. And when it hardens melt it in the microwave or put it in hot water.
Ahh pleasant video
What can you substitute for lemon?
I think u can use citric acid or lime. But u should use lemon
I've heard apple cider vinegar works!
Honey works well too
Thanks dear
My advice is also
1. DON'T stir the pot too fast, you'll get little hot sirup droplets on your arms, and
2. DON'T eat it if you have braces 😭 it gets stuck everywhere
A million thanks for making this video beautiful girl ❤
Plzzz sister ais ka answer dydy
Drop a little in your ☕️ !!
ehhh another fail.. it makes me so sad, it only turned out right once or twice in my life. always too liquidy or too hard
If it's too liquidy then you should cook it a little bit longer and if it's too hard just put a bit more water when you boil it again
