This is exactly what I’m doing for my second playthrough and I’m loving it. If you can get friends to drop you another, I highly recommend stamp(upward cut) or giant hunt, both send the enemy flying and nothing feels better than that in this game lmao
@@Hanitakii If you’re gonna get many hits better use Flame grant me strength instead of howl, cuz you get more damage after using howl… Vow + Howl or Strength (howl and strength don’t stack)
beautiful, elegant kills, this goes to show how good strength builds can be, another interesting ash of war for zweihander is raptor of the mists, jump attacks help break the poise faster, also I use the crystal tear that boosts poise damage

Even in similar titles, my builds are always around the zweinhander. my first run is always with this sword ONLY. A curious fact is that I practiced kenjutsu and I was never very interested in other types of equipment, but I had the opportunity to watch a demonstration of HEMA with monte/greatsword/spadone. path of no return! my favorite sword in the real world too.

Just curious, why do you prefer zweihander over the greatsword? It has much lower damage and slightly shorter reach. The only thing I can think of is that the R2 is a poke attack which is of course good. Other perks are that it's light and has low stat req but since you're in ng+ that doesn't matter at all
zweihander looks very cool, doesnt obstruct the screen, has a poke and is just generally a joy to fight with compared to other greatswords. that little bit less damage doesnt even matter.

Because with spear talisman on counterattacks Zweihander has highest damage in the game. And charged poke ofc 😃

Yeah no you dont do that much damage to margit except when youre overleveled or your weapon.
