In this elden ring video I'm testing whether any of the main bosses in elden ring can defeat a super powerful general radahn.
In case you guys are not aware this mod was created by the same guy who made the unalloyed malenia and it's a very cool version of radahn which uses gravity magic to its full potential.

The fact Leonard has a life bar makes his death more painful and tragic, and Radahn going second phase because of this truly shows how much he cares about his loyal steed and friend

I always thought that Radahn could do more with his gravity magic. Messing with gravity is such a cool concept, and seeing more of it here was sweet!
So do I get this right: Radahn just takes a random Astel and shoots it at his opponent. Instead of teleporting away, the Astel just attacks Radahn's opponent.
And instead of letting the two fight to the death, Radahn just kills the Astel?

The mod creator was most likely intending to build off of how Radahn was constantly "holding back the stars". So I think the intention is that Radahn loses control for a moment when Leonard dies, which allows an astel to slip pass Radahn's defense, who is then promptly killed by Radahn again after he regains control.
I hated that. I think it’s just silly. It breaks the lore and logic of the universe in every way. His other mod with Malenia at least played on her using holy magic that she could’ve inherited from both parents.

@@JamesCourse66 If you view the lore in a slightly different perspective, it is entirely possible to see where the mod creator was (probably) dragging the idea from.
Radahn is described as "holding back the stars" (or something along the lines of that), and we can this happening in the cutscene after his death in base-game, where the stars start moving again.
With that in mind, some people (most likely including the mod creator) interpreted Radahn's motivations as a way of safeguarding The Lands Between from cosmic entities such as the Fallingstar Beasts and Astels, using his gravity magic to physically hold them in space.
Getting back to the mod itself, the mod creator most likely intended to portray how Radahn loses control of his magic for a brief moment when Leonard dies, which lets an Astel slip down from the cosmos.

Placidusax had this without a doubt. He transitionned to phase 2 way too late and botched one of his sky dives.

I've noticed that against large bosses Placi's dives don't often track properly

100% AGREE! It was no fair that he didn't start his 2nd phase when his HP is already halved
This still doesn't do justice to Radahn. His biggest issue is that his big slow attacks can't hit anything at point blank range, but this mod just gives him 500% more health, a meat shield in front of that health bar called Leonard, and has Astel be the meteor, followed by its own meteor spell before Radahn comes back. Kind of takes away all of the credit to Radahn's strength and powers.
I think it would be the coolest thing in the world if the DLC contains some way of seeing Radahn and Placidusax in their prime. It doesn't have to be part of the story. Make it some kind of secret reward, two insane boss fights that take these cool characters and shows them at their coolest.
I hope not for radahn, his fight is so dogshit I don't want to see it again

I think this mod doesn't fit for Boss vs Boss, because Radahn has two chances to finish his opponent immediately which ruins most of the fights specially vs Maliketh.
Yeah, the A.I. having no way to dodge the meteor OR the 'Oops, sky is all arrows' is a bit... meh, sadly.

Yh, like against placi he just zoned him until he had to phase shift and the astel throw instantly breaks poise on most, so the meteors don’t miss and kill

@@olddragonslayer123orinstei8 but she is so squishy and has such low poise she can be beaten by bosses. And (I’m assuming you mean water fowl and aeonia) water fowl isn’t necessarily a guaranteed move, and aeonia barely one shots, unlike the comet.
It is ALWAYS a pleasure to see how quick you are on the draw when it comes to showcasing these bosses. Immediately grew excited at seeing this video when the original showcase came out
I have to say.. his HP & resistances are ridiculously low for a version that was meant to pose as the pre-nuked Radahn. I mean ffs.. Rykard's passive managed to eat away 60% of THIS Radahn's entire presence.😂
Fire giant rolled out of Astels damage, and Rykard somehow dodged all of the phase change damage.
Yeah if the phase change didn’t do damage and some of the boss ai didn’t break due to the arena, then Radahn would’ve lost to like 80% of the bosses
I actually really like this fight. Lets radahn show off his mastery of gravity a bit more. And his dominance over the stars

You should put the “super Maliketh” mod boss by helljoe against all bosses, and see how long they can last, cuz bro now flies(more than normal), and doesn’t stop attacking. Can you also put him inside his own arena, and if the bosses lose, put him outside his arena, to see if much changes?

I can't help but notice that every time Placidusax is close to winning, his second dive-bomb always screws up and fails to work the way it should.
Any way to fix that?
I think his 2nd dive bomb only works for smaller enemies, because he can actually goes through them
If it's against larger enemies, he can't go through them, so he always landed next to them. Sometimes it still works, because the attack actually has AoE
Well, now i'm really hoping that the guy who made these mods makes an overpowered version of every boss in the game

Late comment but I imagine it would be perfect to add Hoarah Loux’s unused v1.0 laughter at 27:30. Radahn’s laugh as he had a marvelous battle against his idol followed by Hoarah laughing in satisfaction right after as he finally met his match would be a cool interaction to see.
I just love how killing Leonard is now the best way for the opponent to be officially screwed !!

General Radahn, The Conqueror of the Stars is now one of my top 5 favorite bosses. Not a fan of Starscourge Radahn, but he became a badass... Just dont fk with Rick.

This makes me really want a modded fight for Radegon and Elden Beast on the level of Conqueror of Stars and Unalloyed. I feel like you could make the two fights separate and massively amp the two bosses. Truly make elden beast feel like a golden god who is wielding the power of the elden ring against you

Either 1v1s, Teams, or Battle Royal. Or all of them, for that matter. Just remember to shift the bosses' positions between each round, make them fight other opponents for different outcomes/prevent cycles. 👏🏻
so let me get this straight. General Radahn was already too op at the release of the game.. he got patched to be easier to beat.. and now somebody made a mod harder then the first unnerfed version of him?!

…day.. idk I lost count of how many days I have to correct people.
Fromsoft fixed his hitboxes (they were too big in relation to their attacks) they accidentally nerfed his damage at the same time, then they corrected this and reverted his damage back to day one.
They simply made his fight more honest because on launch his hitboxes were not as fair as they’d intended them to be.
That’s it. That’s all that’s changed with current patch Radahn. He’s no weaker or stronger than his launch version but just has more accurate hitboxes.
This placebo effect is insane. If he feels easier now it’s probably because you’re just better at the game lol
