How did Sol stab the Mother if she turned into a gas. Why didn't Sol just pick up Osha and Mae instead. Mae really did tell Osha that she was going to kill her and she really was the one who burnt the STONE temple down. SOMEHOW Master Indara killed all the witches at once and if she just knocked them out then that's even MORE bodies that are tied to Mae. Torbin took his own life because of the events of this episode btw and all what happened was that he got too excited. The Mother literally told the Jedi that they will destroy themselves at some point and then she turns into a huge black evil smoke and then she cries to Sol about how she was going to let the kids go but the severe lack of communication and intention caused this. It was all the witches fault. The Jedi haven't done anything wrong in this episode. oh yeah and to answer your question about the Nightsisters. They have been around centuries before The Phantom Menace.

The witches mention in episode 3 that they learned from "someone else" how to create the twins. It the whole reason why they are so afraid of the Jedi learning anything about them because they will be questioned about it.

Meh, there is a difference regarding "the virgin birth" - the show stated the twins were artificially created, whereas Anakin was naturally created by the Force. The stuff with Palpatine/Plagueis is never stated in the shows or movies, so it really doesn't count.
