This is the most helpful V1 video I've seen. My uphill is improving a lot!

Thanks for this awesome video! For me after 10 years of using one dominant leg it’s so hard to switch to the 2nd one 😂

😂 This is a very common issue for skiers. So the sooner you can learn both sides, the sooner you will have an advantage

off topic: NRK wrote that the husband of Marte Røiseland is a new coach of the. German. Biathlon team. With the next. wM in Germany that triggerMarte to continue. We knew how well it went for her in 2020 in Italy when her husband coached her😀

I would like to participate in your technique analysis but I do not see where to send the video. Can you provide? Also, are there any recommendations on what you prefer to see in the video (e.g. front, side back?) to be the most beneficial? Thanks

What exactly do You mean by MOMENTUM in this special context? The maximum push power?

Short answer, watch this video: ruclips.net/video/VIE553DIYKA/видео.html
      Long answer:
Think about it in this way: If you are skiing down a hill you have high momentum. Even if you don't apply a push you will still move forward (closer to the finish line).
But if you are skiing up a hill you have low momentum. If you don't apply a push you will come to a stop.
XC Ski technique is all about putting yourself in the right body position to keep momentum high, despite the change in terrain.
