    Thanks Erik. The key takeaway I got from this was how to go up hills that are angled. As a beginner I've struggled with this. I'll give this a try, thanks much!

    Great videos! I think there is a lot to be said about timing, for both V1 and V2. There are lots of folks Pseudo-v2ing. Unfortunately unless you have the timing right, you are neither efficient,nor fast. Could you please show us the difference between correct timing in V2 (pole plant relationship to leg returning to midline and next kick) and incorrect timing?
