if you can afford the orders you should get them. looks like a great set up. Im inspired and will be putting some orders in before im able to put the 215 on!
This is exactly what I've been thinking about doing to my bike I have a fat Moto and I want to do electric front tire but I don't know what to buy can you help me please
In Place of gears, can a plate be made that mounts to the engine with a set of idler sprockets to invert the chain travel direction? The chain would wrap around the read of the PTO shaft and the idlers would flip the chain back around to reach the sprocket on the jack shaft.
On my phatmoto bike I have three ways of power. pedal power, gasoline engine and pedal, or just gasoline engine. You actually have five ways just engine, engine and pedal, just electric, electric and pedal and just pedal. Your bike is the real prepper bike you're already set up for electric, pedal and gasoline. I was having all the clutch problems and I went with a Max torque clutch with a 415 chain. I also put several holes in the side cover and a easy oiling hole in the side cover. I put two drops on the clutch bushing before I ride it and after and man it makes a huge difference. I thought it may sling oil out on my pants when riding but it hasn't done that. I'm getting ready to go to a real low gear sproket the fat Moto is a 50 rear sprocket now. With a rigid frame like Fat Moto has you can go as much sprocket as you want you just have to install a longer chain. I have the black fat Moto bike. I finally covered up the white fat Moto letters with the extra touch up paint. I just added a brake lever with a lock that helps when you're on a hill and on the kickstand. Also the guy at the bicycle store said the bb7 brake levers I'm pretty sure he said make a difference in mechanical disc or the brakes in stopping. I guess you have more mechanical advantage when you pull the brake lever with more of a bite.
any way you can send me a link where to get parts I just bought a Phatmoto from a pawn shop and it really needs work no Brakes pads are shot the jack shaft gears worn out chains all stretched it's a mess the original engine runs only if you hold the throttle paid 4.80 bucks for it looks all original green with the racks please help if you have any sites for after market parts or anything upgrade
@@kevinsheen5862 is that an electric sur ron motorcycle? I've been thinking about one of electric motorcycle with pedals. I would rather have gasoline engine powered motorcycle with pedals but I can't seem to find them anymore. Motoped stop making them. You should do a video if you've not already done one on the electric motorcycle.
Hey Kevin, so the chattering is from the clutch not having any lube on the shaft. I lubed mine up and the chattering went away. Here is the video from gasbike on how to do this: ruclips.net/video/k4WBec3J49A/видео.html
Bro, the right handed grip was Freeeeee! came with the kit ....and believe it or not it is very intuitive to have it this way , it actually is safer , this way you can never whisky throttle both .
You are a Genius I was thinking about something like this and you prove it’s possible thank you
Love these videos.
Always chuckle, when I realize we are all just making new versions of the mopeds I had as a kid.

Nice build! Will a hub drive fit on the rear wheel? Thinking about building all electric bike all wheel drive..
Nice bike!
Torque converter has no problem going up a hill plenty of torque
I have a 49cc 4 stroke on my channel! It's fun!
Sick im done something like this with a 1000wt front wheel and 2 stroke
Did you have to swap the fork to get the electric wheel to fit? Also can I have a link to the wheel you used?

Super sehr gut.Ich hofe 100km/.Super Maschine aus USA.wirklich wunderbar.Scöne Wunsch aus Germany Stuttgart 😮
You don't need a machine shop, all you need is a place to but the metal and a wire welder, and buy the gears already made off the internet!
thats B E A utifull
Really nice build! How many watts and volts are your battery and how does it recharge off the gas motor? Best regards from Detroit🙂
If you put a large muffler on it you would not disturb anybody when it is running!

You sure it’s not from something loose?
Bro you put a right hand throttle on the left. Why not just get left hand throttle 🤣 they make those lmaooooo

U would definitely put a deposit down for this kit, maybe even for the full 25 kits to sell. Let me know the details, I can send you my email.
Any issues with torque steer with the hub motor in front?
