6 months has passed and adidas is still working full time to keep up with the infinite demand on t-shirts and boots thanks to lionel andres messi cucittini, the man who see things no one can even imagine
I think the reason why adidas teams are outnumbered by nike in this world cup was due to the lack of luck. Russia as a major adidas sponsorship was deprived from playingworld cup. Chile and Colombia are both competitive teams, but they failed to enter the finals. Other adidas teams that could have been in the finals include Scotland, Sweden and Algeria. I think in the world cup 2026 there could be more adidas teams. By the way, adidas has taken Italy from Puma this year.
In terms of the looks of their products, I prefer Adidas, especially for team kits. Nike’s kits aren’t bad but so many of them have this weird arch thing at the top of the torso which to me makes it look like the player is wearing a bib or something. Many of the kits that Adidas makes are really good imo.
I prefer Adidas are their shoes are better quality and they are more focused about the comfort of the Customer. (I not talking about professional athletes), Nike care more about the sales and profits. I personally choose Adidas when it comes to sports, and Nike when it comes to fashion.
You forgot to mention something very important that was literally being broadcasted all the time during the entire world cup competition.... The official balls. Made by ADIDAS
I will never buy another Nike product. They act like they care about “human rights” in the US yet they use slave labor to make their products. We all know big corporations do this but at least they don’t like like they are righteous like Nike does. Their running shoes quality is terrible compared to New Balance and Asics. Shoes like Invinsible run, Vaporfly, Alphafly falls apart after less then 100 miles. You can see the reviews on Reddit for durability on these shoes which is terrible.
Nike Has probably the largest influence in not just soccer but every sports. Even if Fifa or UEFA champions league doesn't use a nike ball but the premiere league , concacaf gold cup and others use nike balls. One sport nike doesn't dominate is hockey, but every other sport nike has the dominance over adidas generally speaking.
good analysis, I follow both brands but Adidas has sold out argentinian t shirt around the world before final. And there are millions waiting for the three stars. This t shirt has been one of the most sold in history, surpassing by far any nba t shirt owned by nike, or even real madrid t shirt. Only brasilian t shirt could be close to argentina. I think they have difrent bussines models, Adidas prefer less countries but huge sales. Look, Argentina (and a lot of countries in asia and middle east), Mexico, Germany, Spain are soccer friendly countries, and buy thousands of t shirts year after year, not only by world cup. And yes I’m from Argentina :)

Adidas win!! Seeing Mbape (leading nike athlete) standing with the adidas sponsord golden boot has to be one of the beste moments for adidas
Messi has 5 goals before the Finals
in terms of football boots, I would give Nike the upper hand, and in football t-shirts, it's 50/50. I am supporting Argentina in the final Vamos Messi
I'm usually an Adidas fan but this year's France navy blue kit with swirled stripes oozes class.
I will always say it. Phenomenal content, keep it up Athletic interest
Adidas has the undisputed GOAT on their side now
I loved dis man I just subscribed , this is mad crazy I can never stop watching plzz we need more
Not Matter how Nike is growing, but Adidas kits in 2022 World Cup are the best eg: Germany, Argentina, Japan. Nike kit design is bad in 2022 (see the kit of Portugal and England)
The jersay of England is good
@@mateoparborell9347 the finishing is not good, that blue design is shit. 2018, 2021 was way better.
Since quarterfinals, Addidas just have Argentina, against Netherlands, Brasil, Croatia, England, France and Portugal, for Nike, that could be a great marketing oportunity
Nike certainly did not take over the world cup. Their kits have been truly horrendous apart from 1 or 2 nice ones. On the other hand adidas delivered very nice results with amazing and classy kits for Belgium, Argentina, Japan, Mexico & Germany. When it simply comes to aesthetics and design, adidas is miles ahead.
Fr i really HATED portugals fit like wtf and the dutch one was not even Orange its sad to see brands just wanne make money and not caring about the sport
@@han6061 nike has bigger overall assets but most people recognize adidas for iconic football shirts, balls and boots. nike can keep making basketball gear no one will beat an eye
@@mariadanielalavia8877 idk am frm Europ i do not even watch basketbal i dn't even know the rools lol, but i would say adidas and nike are on the same level here everybody knows it
This channel is among my favourite channels on RUclips, big love ❤️
That's what we like to see! 😀
Who's here after Argentina's win?
A successful and charismatic personality values much more than many teams combined. In that regard, the Messi partinership is gold. If he lifts the trophy, it will produce priceless images that will echoes for the ages, and certainly sells a lot for adidas.
need a battle of both of these brands video for 2026
Adidas doesn't just looks good, but also feels great!
I don't know why but I never really liked Nike products as much as Adidas. I don't even care much about which star wears what, I just prefer Adidas designs any day of the week.
What a video. Precisely compiled. Kudos 👌🏽👍🏼
Messi winning the world cup on Sunday will surely boost adidas
and he did lol
Absolutely love the videos! Thank you!! Keep ‘em coming.
Always been an Adidas guy. Something about that brand just hits different compared to Nike.
Definitely want another one of these videos in the future!
6 months has passed and adidas is still working full time to keep up with the infinite demand on t-shirts and boots thanks to lionel andres messi cucittini, the man who see things no one can even imagine
messi will benefit adidas untill his last breath or maybe even after death
fun fact, puma and adidas were founded by the dassler family - the respective founders were brothers
U forget abt the World Cup match ball that shit sells so much every time it gets released.
Adidas and Nike both have amazing designs for football 👏👏👏
that's an amazing video production !
You're kidding right? Argentina sponsored by Adidas won the World Cup
In terms of the looks of their products, I prefer Adidas, especially for team kits. Nike’s kits aren’t bad but so many of them have this weird arch thing at the top of the torso which to me makes it look like the player is wearing a bib or something. Many of the kits that Adidas makes are really good imo.
Looking at products, history, quality and sympathy i will always choose adidas by far
At the end of the World Cup it became clear which team won and, above all, which sports brand ///
Every big international football event plays with adidas balls 🔥🔥
Kid named adidas:
I prefer Adidas are their shoes are better quality and they are more focused about the comfort of the Customer. (I not talking about professional athletes), Nike care more about the sales and profits. I personally choose Adidas when it comes to sports, and Nike when it comes to fashion.
The best thing Adidas sold me was the 2022 world cup ball... no Nike there..
So great one, continue
Who's here after Argentina won the WC ... .seems like adidas took the W
That a new perspective to see about this Qatar World Cup, nice vid as always. Would you guys also break about WC 2026 into video too?
You forgot to mention something very important that was literally being broadcasted all the time during the entire world cup competition.... The official balls. Made by ADIDAS
love this content
Fresh out the oven! 🍞 😉
@@AthleticInterest fresh nike bias out of the oven! What next you'll say Nike dominates hockey too? 🤡
I like the editing. Good job :D
Thanks very much! 😉
They don’t dominate hockey, but in the past few decades they went from zero footprint in that sport to having a significant presence in it.
This channel deserves a million subscribers
Adidas won 💙🇦🇷
Love the thumbnail, feels surreal seeing how the World Cup ended
good analysis, I follow both brands but Adidas has sold out argentinian t shirt around the world before final.
Fascinating video about branding at the World Cup. Most striking graphic is the brand per player on the pitch. And goals scored the most by which brand. Sends a powerful message to kids wanting the best their as they dream of future careers in football.
The last question was the most important one, who will replace Messi in 2026 WorldCup for Addidas.
Very good analysis done by this channel. I hope all the facts given are not misleading and are actual come out from genuine sources.
Nike are clearly ahead when it comes to TV commercials.
Totally agree! Except for 2006 world cup with Adidas's brilliant Impossible Team!
I recently tried Asics, and they actually make super nice shoes!
Adidas n Argentina won fifa 2022 wc
I’m surprised the game ball was not mentioned
Yeah. Adding intricate technology while still maintaining aerodynamic performance is a great achievement. We didn't hear any complain from the players about the ball too.
Take a fact. Nike never can take Adidas in terms of football, Adidas is like sponsoring the World Cup from when it begun, Adidas is sponsoring the UCL and FIFA in generall. so no debate here in my opinion
Money talks and nike has clearly taken over adidas.
Guys , its not about which company have the biggest sell or the most quality products , its about branding game
Nike took over? Someone need to sort the title. Adidas smashed Nike in this World Cup. Messi > all other players together
Adidas also sponsored Golden ball and Golden boot for the man of the match in WC finals and man of the series…!
