This was extremly helpful. I have made a traveling career out of being a janitor. I work in the Grand Teeton national park and in the winters i work at ski resorts. Hi sir we are newly establish commercial cleaning company. We need to grown up but it's very hard nowadays. Can u give some ideas that's how to make clients?
Start with networking. Tell everyone you know about the services you offer. Join some networking groups like your local chamber of commerce and get involved.
Watch out for BNI groups, they have lots of rules, fees and some don't have your best interest in mind.
