    Nothing can beat xpulse on vfm factor , and the presence of service network pan Indian hero wins.
    Handguards doesn't breaks, i had a nasty crash in December 21 on my bs6 flew in air for good distance then skidded for a fair distance, nothing broke on the xpulse brake lever bent, leg guard bent, handguard scratched , exhaust heat shield scratched it was fully functional after the crash i rode to hospital with a busted knee.
    Got the bike repaired recently and the cost is under 1500/-😂, 4 things they replaced. Damn thing is so economical to maintain and run city fe is close to 40kpl and highway is 45kpl.
    And the top rack has holes just pull out the rubbers and use.
    Yezdi is very tempting but they have to work on service network and cost, itt will definately eat himalayan sales but Xpluse remains the VFM king.
    Nice comparison.

      Not being biased with any particular bike or company or brand sharing just a personal experience i had a nasty fall in my xpulse knuckle guard was bent crash guard was bent but thanks to the good built quality there was not any serious damage to the actual body of the bike itself ( huge thanks to the crash guard ) and when i got the bike serviced except the scratches rest all was rectified and the bill was just 1245 rupees i went to the mechanic and made him recheck to see if he had billed it properly or not. Xpluse is really really pocket friendly
      Only problem with xpulse is power with a little bit more power it would be really awesome.

  • @motomonk1321
    @motomonk1321 2 года назад +120

    Not being biased. But both bikes are good in their price segment. However Xpulse makes more sense. With few mods (and few mental compromises) you could take the Xpulse anywhere. Add 40k for the rally kit and you could step into the world of off road riding. Xpulse is the best choice.

      I have the Xpulse and as much fun and capable as it is on offroads, the compromises are real and significant when it comes to the on road performance. 4v has improved the refinement for sure though.
      I'd have considered those limitations acceptable it had 4 more PS of power and 20 kgs less. Still nothing better if u primarily want to bash it on trails and do it fast or extreme.

    No doubt hero xpluse 4v in this price range is a killer . Awesome looks , high sitting position , good ground clearance , parts and service are available everywhere , 200 cc engine is smooth and refined and the pick up is strong u can consider it for touring also by crusing all day between 100 to 110 kmph but just let your bike finished first service than you engine is free to REP at that position . Xpluse makes more sense because you can save your 80000rs and go touring with it along with xpluse or add 30000 more and by dominar 400 or ad 40000 more and by Himalaya as service is available for this 3 company all or india and nepal , soo hero bajaj and Enfield bikes make more sense

    Two different bikes for different markets. Anyway...
    1. The upswept exhaust makes more sense on an "off road" bike.
    2. The exhaust doesn't come in the way of saddlebags if you have saddle stays. I don't know why the host would make that an issue cuz even the Yezdi needs saddle stays to hold bags.
    3. You'll find screw holes even on the xpulse grab rails if you remove the rubber pieces.
    The Yezdi is a great bike for the highway but off road, the Xpulse still reigns supreme.

    I hate how everyone calls the Hero X-Pulse an "Adventure" motorcycle. It's not an adventure motorcycle, it's a dual sport motorcycle.
    The difference between ADV and dual sport is
    Adventure bikes are only mildly designed to take off-road conditions, and they are more comfortable for long trips on pavement. Dual sport bikes, on the other hand, have a genetic makeup that thrives off-road and offer very few frills for long distance, paved riding.
    So ADV: himalayan, yezdi adv, ktm Adv etc
    And dual sport: Impulse, xpulse

    Does the mount at the back of yezdi support only saddle bags or panniers also?

      @91Wheels  2 года назад

      Saddle bags dont really need that mount - yes, its more the panniers part. Lets see if we can get our hands on the official accessories soon

    17000 kms done with xpulse 200..inshorts: save your hard earned money And go for some other bike in the market...story: I change engine oil for every 1500kms ..even after caring so much .....I was complaining from the 2nd service about a sound and excess heating of engine but the service team never bothered ...now the piston is broken ..service team didn't let me take the pic and replaced piston, head, piston rings n rod ....now before the next service I have a very annoying sound in engine ...service team again did some lathe work yet the issue persists..service team says they will bring their engineer and nobody has come yet after 1 month...I have met many xpulse owners from Kerala, Karnataka, TN and most of the owners have engine issues ....this bike is nothing but a product failure ...only thing hero does better about this bike is digital marketing to trap buyers ...
