I know it's long but honestly Payday 2 was pretty fun and It's nice to look back at these games and see how much we progressed or what not. Finally got Jacob and Paul in a video, both funny dumb fellers. I think I'll put a members vote soon to work on the next variety game we have recorded. Thanks for all the support guys

watching youtubers play heists on overkill is like watching your kids growing up ong its almost like an entirely different game

Here’s a few tips about the various special units on the enemies side in this game.
The dudes in EOD armor are bulldozers. They’re usually pretty hard to kill and carry a weapon that is very dangerous in cqc. Make sure to shoot them in the face plate. They’re also very arrogant, and are almost always shouting about how invincible they are.
The guys wearing black with night vision goggles are cloakers. They’re sneaky, often hiding under cars or behind doors so they can get the jump on you and dropkick you. They also make a loud “WOLOLOLOLO” sound when charging, and are always trash talking you and your team.
The dark blue and yellow guys are tasers. You can often hear them charging up their taser before shooting, and while being tazed you cannot move, it’s difficult to look around, and you fire your weapons randomly. They’re pretty much always making cheesy electricity based puns.
Red and white ones are medics, but instead of healing, they basically give other cops near them I-frames that will block about one attack. They’re one of the only cops that actually sound somewhat normal, and they don’t sound as mentally unstable as most of the other specials.
Snipers usually just hang out on nearby roofs and you can usually see their bright red laser. I’d say snipers are probably one of the most dangerous specials because they do crazy high damage that even ignores some of your armor. Snipers don’t have voice lines.
Some of the less notable ones are marshal snipers and marshal shields, marshal snipers have more of a marksman rifle than a sniper rifle, and run around on the ground instead of camping rooftops. It’s also worth noting that both marshal units typically wear either greenish tan camo, or dark grey, and they both spawn at the same time as a squad.
Marshal shields are the shield guys with lights on their shield that can flashbang you. If you shoot the blinking light right before it flashes, it’ll blow up in their face and stun them instead. A marshal shield’s shield is also breakable if you shoot it enough, but I don’t recommend breaking their shield because when their shield breaks they get like 5-10 seconds of invincibility, and pull out an automatic shotgun that dazes you with every shot.
Hopefully this’ll help you identify the specials more easily. Also bulldozers have like 6 different variants, with each one being a different color and wielding a different weapon, like the default bulldozer which is green and has a pump action shotgun, the gray camo bulldozer that has a LMG, the tan bulldozer that has a minigun, etc.

@@troubled_boys for good reason. It’s probably the best co-op shooter i’ve ever played with Helldivers 2 and Payday 2 both tied for second place.
