one thing that needs to be cleared up though is that to me. this is a normal rings push up. it's not an rto until you supinate your grip throughout the entire movement.
well the problem with the push up is that it has a short range of motion and most hypertrophy comes from the end ranges where your mechanical advantage is at it's weakest. so anything you have that can elevate your hands off the ground allowing for a greater range of motion would work. however half of the benefits of ring push ups is from the contraction at the top of the movement. so with that in mind I highly recommend buying some rings.

@@Han-nk3io Generally - correct, but all the work with locked straight arms above the rings create a lot of isometric contraction of the biceps; e.g. full support hold (no movement at all) or chest flies with locked elbows - biceps is the first muscle that gives up
@@259nnb I typed in Olympic Rings for workout and I got the ones that have a soft grip that you wrap around the ring. Synergee was the name if I remember right. I really wish I had known about rings when I was a kid. I would have been a lot stronger playing football. Check them out.
How do you keep the rings aligned after changing the length to do push ups or pullups? I struggle a lot the keep them perfectly levelled to avoid overloading one side. 🥲

Can you please do planche push ups on rings next with progressions? Thank you 🫂
I honestly was shocked that you only have 167 likes, turns out it was uploaded just now. The video is very good👌
Thank you!
El mejor canal de gimnasia, siempre !!
Love these!
Start out by doing a fly type moment..when you are near failure start doing pressing.... pretty good mechanical dropsets
Great tutorial. Thank you very much for videos.
Straight forward props!
Love the ring push-ups and dips.

May I assume having a partial incline to focus more on the upper chest?
Arent rto dips better for chest gains once you can do it for few reps?
Is It dangerous for the rotator cuff?
Do you have shoulders exercises using rings?
Come on... Just search the channel, a lot of videos of complex pressing movements and also some shoulder-focused one.
Thx
What are the best push ups incase we don’t have the rings

Okay, but what is excentric and what is concentric phase? Kindly do for dummies.
Eccentric = when going down, concentric = when going up

Best push up for bicep gains
Biceps are targeted with pulling movements, so bodyweight bicep curls or chin-ups will do the job provided you don't have the equipment.
Push ups are not for biceps.

Scapula Protracted?
Where did u get rings from?
Online. 20 to 70 bucks. Best investment I’ve made for workout stuff.
@@lylesmith3506 great. What brand? Are the cheap wood ones worth it?

I approch them to be the "middle distance" point and visually tell once they are head to head which is higher and fix it.
