    is it necessary to take all the lower back off the bench when doing with declined bench? i saw a few videos teaching that it is not necessary.

      I think it’s a little less effective if your back is not coming off the bench. There would be more movement in your hips than in your abs, no?

    I used to do incline sit ups with my toddler kid sitting on my chest. But now I'm borderline obese. Lol
