Hi, so I noticed you asked a question about isometric exercise in this video, 15-20 seconds is pretty good for a yielding isometric if your goal is muscle growth , I do sets of between 15-50 seconds depending on difficulty, with an intensity leaving 5 or more seconds in the tank i.e before failure . You can even use a moderate intensity and just accumulate more time (volume) by adding more sets and continue to grow, & basically you're practicing a skill and showing your body what you want to get good at. I'm an arm wrestler/personal trainer not a gymnast but they do work well for muscle growth. Hope this helps if you were still interested in isometrics 💪
I have huge triceps, and after watching thid video, I realized that (maybe) it's because I did a lot of L-sits during my training as a bboy, because I don't train triceps that much in the gym.
Holy cow your forearms are jacked ! They looks so damn impressive. But yes, I love these. When I try to L-Sit I 'cheat' a little by leaning back and I feel it in my triceps but that's because I lack the compression strength to keep my legs parallel.

For those who haven't tried is yet, you will be sore a lot after doing it
But... That's a much easier L-sit a feel like.
Mb he actually said the L-sit is a progression of that...
@@BunnyAce depends how much you lean
That Christmas tree
First time I've seen lower back striations originating from the spine outwards.
OMG
Can anyone explain why is recommended 15-20 sec? Is it for building skill, so should it be loew-med intensity with high volume?

Oh yeah, recently I feel my triceps pretty well and I'd say these exercises are very good for hands and shoulders.

Basically a lean victorian. Just like a lean maltese (on rings) will really be felt in the biceps.
