    Hey there, in case you didn't see the notice at the start of the video, you need to turn on the closed captions/subtitles (CC) for the tutorial. Most of the answers to your questions you'll find here. Cheers

    I was so happy to see a new upload I love your work, and aspiring to be like you 🤗The last presentation was amazing 💞💞 My biggest problem is the strawberry leaves by the time I'm done they're dried out, and wilting, but I saw another channel where they used 3 parts water to 1 part white vinegar, and they also said it would help keep the leaves from wilting, and make them more vibrant. I bought some, and hoping this does the trick for me. Thank you for the excellent video. 😊😊

    • @PipeIt
      @PipeIt  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hey there, if you haven't done so already make sure you check out my videos on '5 most common mistakes'. This will help you keep the leaves fresh. The soaking/washing helps the leaves by adding moisture to them so they won't dry out as fast. The best thing is keeping them chilled and covered as much as possible when not in use.

    Hi again. I wonder if you can give a bit information about storing conditions and transporting it to the customer please. Hi. Re the coffee cup warm you have linked, it's lowest temp setting is 131F 55C does that heat the chocolate too much please? Francine

    • @PipeIt
      @PipeIt  5 месяцев назад

      Hey there Francine, the temperature displayed is for the heating coaster and because it's only small it's just the right amount of heat to keep your chocolate nice and warm. If it was strong enough to heat your chocolate to that temperature, yes that would have been too hot so it's a fair question.

    • @PipeIt

      It could be the quality of your chocolate or melts. Just make sure whatever you're using you stir it very well and have the correct temperature prior to dipping.

    If you are looking to expand your video base; low carb chocolate doesn't behave the same, so any videos on that would be cool. I've yet to find a low carb chocolate that actually tastes like chocolate. Also annoying is that it's all sold as individually wrapped candies rather than in bulk as an ingredient, like candy melts. If I were rich, that's one of the things I'd get into.
