    So how far in advance should you clean the berries before dipping? And how long are they in the vinegar solution? Lastly, the berries became squishy after being left to sit out or would that happen in the fridge too?

    Great tips ! I’ve been going through all of your videos looking for a way to prevent Royal blue chocolate that I colored from transferring on one’s teeth and fingers

      Hi DeOpera, when a product is highly pigmented with colour it is hard to avoid but it doesnt usually happen when mixed in chocolate. Is this where you had a problem, or using colour on its own?

    • @PipeIt
      @PipeIt  2 года назад

    Should strawberries be cold or room temp when dipping?

    • @PipeIt
      @PipeIt  2 года назад

      Hi Brianna, thats a matter of personal preference and either way is ok. I personally prefer the berries chilled as it helps to set the chocolate quicker.

      Hey there guys, the addition of callebaut chocolate makes all the difference as the cocoa butter helps to achieve good fluidity. For more info have a look at my video on how to melt chocolate OR check out my ebook which explains everything in nice simple terms for beginners and pros alike at www.pipeitshop.com
      If you dont want to get callebaut chocolate you can simply add paramount crystals to your chocolate to thin it, cocoa butter or a dash of coconut oil.
