Hi! I'm from Brazil! Thanks for great tips! You're amazing! I have a question: Do you use a thermometer to melt the chocolate and dip the strawberries?
Hi Brianna, thats a matter of personal preference and either way is ok. I personally prefer the berries chilled as it helps to set the chocolate quicker.
Hey there guys, the addition of callebaut chocolate makes all the difference as the cocoa butter helps to achieve good fluidity. For more info have a look at my video on how to melt chocolate OR check out my ebook which explains everything in nice simple terms for beginners and pros alike at www.pipeitshop.com If you dont want to get callebaut chocolate you can simply add paramount crystals to your chocolate to thin it, cocoa butter or a dash of coconut oil.
