Beautiful arrangements!!! Why would you recommend letting the strawberries chill on sckewer sticks before dipping in melted chocolate? 🤔. Once strawberries are taken out of the fridge they begin to sweat until they reach room temperature.....
Thanks. My recommendation is to keep the strawberries chilled 'in fridge' until ready to dip. The chocolate also sets faster this way. I have a video dedicated to strawberries sweating and recommendations for it in my '5 most common mistakes video' ruclips.net/video/GT-Znb_fJwI/видео.html
