I bought the bundle lustre dust and bundle pro super sparkle. The perfect pink lustre didn’t work on my white chocolate dipped apples. Do you have any idea why it didn’t work? I use a Wilton brush and also ez thin for the chocolate. Thank you

It depends on the situation and the room temperature. If room temperature is cool and they are being eaten soon they are ok to be left out to set. However if its warm and/or they wont be presented or consumed for a while i highly recommend getting them into refrigeration as soon as possible.
I’m on a sugar free diet ☺️ but that doesn’t stop me from watching your videos 🥰 I’ve learnt so much from watching them . However, I have a question I’m hoping you can help with . If I mix 90% couverture dark chocolate with sugar free chocolate made with coconut oil would I achieve the same result you have with the 50/50 chocolate you use to dip your strawberries ? That's so nice to know 😄 With regards to your question... does your sugar free chocolate set well on its own after a few minutes? If yes, then it will be ok, if it doesn't set well on its own then it is unlikely... but provided the couverture is tempered well it might be ok. You will need to test it and do a few trial and errors to see what works best with what you have. A major part of my 50/50 method is using callebaut 'callets' because with the callets the couverture is actually already tempered.

It does set on its own after I temper it but as you know it’s too bitter so I’m trying to achieve two things: one to mix it with another naturally sweetened chocolate I normally make it at home with coconut oil and another reason is to make life easier when making chocolate covered strawberries so I don’t have to temper it 😊😆

Also have a question. What's the practicality of it when someone's attempting to eat it. How messy is it? I would assume the Luster dust would get on their fingers and what about on their face if they are trying to eat them. I've never used it before but it looks really pretty but I'm wondering if it's one of those things where it looks really pretty, but is actually kind of a headache to eat
Wow these are super helpful! I tried using chocolate chips before and it never set 🙃 and then real chocolate as well and realized i needed to mix in some compound chocolate like merckens or ghiradelli to help it set properly. It still make a good taste

When the lustre is brushed off properly its not messy to eat at all.
